I wouldn't have my carpets cleaned by anyone else but Ryan. He has cleaned our carpet for 20 years. It still looks great. I've tried other companies with our past carpet. I promise, Ryan is the BEST! He does excellent, professional work at a great price and he's a good, honest person, and we like having him in our home.

Extremely conscientious on trying to do a great job. Went over the entire house with a black light to look for spots. Took the time to do it right. Answered any questions we had. Had some machine that pulls out dust and whatever else, I maybe didn't need to see that :) Seriously, it was just one other thing that made me appreciate the service. Got there when they said. Kept us informed.

Primo Steamo does an awesome job. We have had them clean our carpet, and fa sofa, and have always been very pleased. The carpet on our stairs is nearly 15 years old, and after they have been to our home...the carpet looks brand new.

Roy was methodical in his cleaning process and explained each step to me. He was informative on how to treat pet urine and told me what I needed for future accidents. I told him that I'd be calling back!

Very polite and knowledgeable. The only downfall it is extremely overpriced for the services. Paid $850 for my house with a pet stain treatment. I have used other companies prior that cost half that and produced the same result. The $850 was with a military discount as well. The treated carpet was under 1500 Sq Ft with stairs. Way overpriced!!!!

I had Primo Steamo clean my office carpets and I couldn't believe the difference! I've had the carpets cleaned before and they've always still had spots or looked worn afterwards. I was feeling like I might need new carpet but then I gave this company a chance and the difference was night and day. The carpets look brand new and they were able to get those stubborn areas cleaned up. I am rarely this impressed with something like carpet cleaning, but I just had to review them because it was such a great experience!
