Amazing! Roy was quick to respond, helped inform me on how to prevent my carpet getting as singer as it was prior to Primo Steamo, and it looks better than it did when I moved in brand new. GREAT price for the amazing work they do!

Really really amazing. I didnt know what to expect. And you just assume all carpet cleaners are the same. They aren't. Nope. So pick wisely. Or just use these guys. Honestly super amazing job. I had only some of my carpets cleaned as we have only lived in this house 10 months but we had lots of dirt before landscape got done, we have 2 dogs. So it just got dirty.
The job was done well, with equipment I've never seen before and I'm super disappointed in previous carpet cleaning companies I've used rather haven't used these other pieces of equipment. Like what gives?!
Like I said. Call them. Price was very reasonable and honestly for a job to be done well price doesn't matter amd don't go cheap!

I’m very impressed with Primo Steamo! Roy was amazing! Quality and affordable! Roy explained all the steps he was going to do and gave me some great tips to how take care better my carpet and wood floors. Roy was also very friendly and professional. I will definitely use this company again ☺️

We use them every 6 months due to kids and dogs. Great service and results. I like how they have a fancy vacuum they use before the cleaning. Carpet and rugs always look great after.

Excellent service at a great price! I had a different company come out earlier the same day, and the service was a night and day difference. They didn’t even check the tags to see what fabric the chairs were covered in! Roy took the time to assess what each piece needed and explained why he thought it was the best choice. He was also candid about what he thought I could do versus what needed professional service. I will be using Primo Steamo again!

I have always used Stanley Steamer in the past. I have been in my home for over 20 years. I took a chance to use Primo Steamo and am not one bit disappointed. My carpets look and smell new. They spent twice the amount of time than others have in the past, and the end result was incredible. From my carpets to my furniture cleaning, 100% outstanding. I have dogs in my home and you would never know it. Mike and Roy did an incredible job, they cleaned up everything and even came back the next day to move things back into place. I give them a great recommend! You wont be sorry!

Primo Steamo was super professional which I really appreciated! I contacted 5 different carpet cleaners via message and Primo Steamo was the only one that actually contacted me via phone to talk with me about everything! Plus they were able to be there day of and Roy ended up showing up an hour early as well! Roy was so informative and helped me feel like a carpet pro and understand everything he did through the whole process!
The price did end up being a bit more than expected due to some rooms needing special cleaning but it was worth every penny! This company is seriously great.

My experience with this company was amazing. Every person I spoke with (Roy & Mike) were extremely kind and knowledgeable. When Roy came to my house he took the time to educate me on what he was doing and even recommended a new vacuum for me! There was zero pressure to go with the service but due to their kindness, knowledge and fair pricing it was no brainer. Will definitely use them if needed in the future

I’ve been very happy with the cleaning services provided by Gabriela and her team. They always arrive on time and get straight at it! They are very thorough and scrub everything. I was surprised to see them wiping down door, sills, beyond the usual items. They work hard and Gabriela is very good at communicating with me.
