UPDATE: The Operations Manager sent different people out this time and took care of everything. If it had been like this the first time, they would have received 5 stars. I so appreciate a company who takes care of issues when things aren't right.

They were on time, which I appreciate and pleasant enough. I only have sliding glass doors (8 of them) instead of windows. They did get off the bulk of the dust/dirt but after they left, I could see streaks and areas missed after they left. My biggest problem was that they just let the soapy water fall all over the floors under them and they don't clean that up. So, I have dirty soapy water all over the floors under each door and then they tracked their wet shoes from there all over the house. One of my doors they couldn't do because we couldn't get my blinds up but I was charged the same price that had been quoted originally for all of them anyway. On the website and estimate, it says they clean the screens, sills and tracks too which they did not. Would NOT use them again.

I saw a Window Bright employee working near a killdeer nest in my community in South Jordan. I called the company to let them know the birds are a protected species and to be careful about harming any eggs. Both the person on the phone and the employee were great about it. Very concerned and understanding. Window Bright won me over as a customer today. We'll be using them (after nesting season is over) to get our windows looking their best.

To this point in my life one of the worst businesses to do business with. Reading other reviews that state professionalism when dealing with Window Bright I’m not sure about that. When a company comes to your home to clean your windows you would think professionalism and integrity would something they have and believe in. Then you have to deal with math calling or messaging someone because you realize they had broken things on the outside of your home and left without saying anything to anyone or even leaving a note on the door or having an arrangement to clean the hard water off your windows and was told it is in the system to charge for the work done which I totally agree with and getting home and some of the windows don’t even look like they have been clean. Professionalism and integrity this company definitely does not have. So to wrap this up. If your looking to have your windows cleaned and expect nothing but mediocre service then window bright is for you. If you want something more then definitely use a different window cleaning company. You will be happier with the results for sure.
