Shane and his team were seriously amazing to work with. I'm always a little leary with companies like this just because I've seen shady things with so many, but you can tell Shane and team truly care about their work and the quality they are providing. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! They will take care of your home and do an excellent job! A++++

Several years ago we had a crises where a garden hose popped off the spigot and filled the window well with so much water that it leaked into my brand new office! The water had seeped into 2 rooms!
We called Extra Touch and Shane immediately responded! We had grabbed neighbors to remove all my equipment and furniture and Shane sucked up all the water, ripped up the carpets and installed several massive fans to dry the whole area.
I was nervous about having mold or a musty smell remaining, but once the carpets were perfectly replaced there was NO bad odors at all!!!
Last year we realized that there were some dark stains appearing where the heavy trafficked areas were used. Knowing what a great job Shane did last time, we called him again and he did an amazing job cleaning all those rooms. He even did extra work to spot clean a few areas that had been stained by previous owners!
It looked amazing! Shane works really hard to make it look the best and deliver the best service!
We have referred people to Extra Touch Service many times!

I can't say enough good things about Shane at Extra Touch Cleaning. He is so good I have had him back several times over the years. Our last cleaning required extra attention in our home office and he didn't disappoint. He is always on time with great communication beforehand and is very respectful of our home. Thank You Shane!!

We used to get the "1hr" cleaning jobs, but our beige colored carpet on the stairs always looked grey afterwards. No matter who we used, same result. Then we called Extra Touch. Game changer! It cost more but Shane was on his hands and knees working on those grungy stair steps. I'm embarrassed to say how old our carpets are but I'm talking years and years of ground in dirt. Especially on the front edges. I know Shane was taught by his Dad, Steve, who never gave anything but his best for his customers. No short cuts. Our old carpets have been rejuvenated but the stairs were day and night. Or I should say night and day...dark/dingy to bright/clean! You can trust Shane to carry on his father's legacy and work ethic. A rare quality these days....

I'm a perfectionist when I do a cleaning job. Therefore, I expect my service men to provide excellent service . I was not disappointed! Shane was honest with me about a Stain not coming out, so I decided not to have that room cleaned. He did a superb job on the livingroom, and got the high traffic areas looking great again! I have used this company before, and they got out slime that had dried into my carpet! I highly recommend this company!

Shane (along with his co-worker... Josh(?) was really excellent to work with! The stretching of our carpet turned out really well and we appreciate the hard work very much... which is often quite difficult to find these days! I'm sure we'll definitely be reaching out to Extra Touch, for more work in the near future! Thanks again, guys!!

My experience with Extra Touch Cleaning Specialist was very positive. Before the cleaning the house had a strong smoke odor, and after the carpet cleaning, the smell was greatly reduced. Shane is a carpet guru and was great to work with! I feel like he exceeded expectations and I recommend him!

Shane did an excellent job cleaning our carpets! They look like new! He is super flexible. I highly recommend him for any carpet stretching/cleaning needs! You’ll be very pleased!

We've used Shane since we moved into our old house 14 years ago. We had this 1970's rambler home that had very light carpet in the dining room but the room was the main way to get in and out of the house to the backyard and garage plus, we have five kids. We had him clean our carpets about 2 times a year and he always did an amazing job. We ended up remodeling and replacing the carpet with wood floors but still called Shane to clean the mattresses and downstairs carpet when we decided to sell. Then we bought a building that used to be an automotive repair facility. We had him clean the carpet there and he literally spent 4+ hours on that trying to get it to look decent. We appreciated his perseverance on that task. He has come to our new house to clean my wool rugs and a doggy accident recently. Shane is very dedicated and professional. He has never disappointed us.

We wish we would rate higher than 5 stars for Shane’s work. What a great company to work with! Last minute they went to buy supplies to fully complete the job and stayed late until it was done. Through, communicative, kind, and our carpet looks brand new! We will absolutely use them again for carpet needs from replacing pads to cleaning. Thank you again!!!

These guys are amazing! Toddler had a #2 accident on bedroom carpet and it was bad. Called Shane on a Sunday night and got a hold of him and they came out first thing Monday morning and got the carpet looking brand new. I would have paid what they charged for just the spot removal but they did the entire room for that price. Can't recommend them enough!

Extra touch came to our home. They did a phenomenal job, they had some issues with their shop door which caused them to be late. He communicates well regarding situation and ETA. Very satisfied and as a realtor will share his name with all clients. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely fantastic service and hospitality. Shane was able to fit me in with only a few days notice, and his price was very fair. My carpets look brand new! He also went above and beyond to help me move furniture and put it all back since I was having surgery the next day. I will absolutely be referring him to friends and family. We had Shane come out and repair a few holes in our carpet thanks to new puppies. He did a get job on the repair. Can’t even tell there were holes! Then gave the space a very detailed cleaning. Threw in a couch cleaning at a very fair price. Highly recommend him!

Extra Touch Cleaning, Shane was recommended by my realtor when I bought my home. Shane, the owner. personally comes each time, along with a co-worker, so I know that I am getting cleaning from a knowledgeable person who cares about maintaining an excellent reputation.
I have carpet and also a wool rug. Their prep includes hose guards on the walls, protection wand cleaning where carpet meets hard surfaces, spotting, and making sure all moveable pieces are cleared from carpet areas.
The entire work area is left spotless and carpets and rug are clean with water residue carefully removed.
You definitely get what you pay for in this business. 5 stars every time!

We are preparing to list our house for sale and needed to potentially replace our carpet. The carpet in our rooms and stairs had a lot of wrinkles in them. Shane from Extra Touch came in an absolutely worked magic on our carpet to not only flatten it out, but also make it extra secure in a way that clearly was not done during the initial installation. We are beyond thrilled and ready to refer Shane to every one we know with carpet! Our realtor even asked for his contact!

Shane did an amazing job! We had lots of dark black spots on the floor and I was certain they wouldn’t come out. But just wanted the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Shane finished the job and I couldn’t even tell you where the dark spots were. Flawless job and completely amazed at how well they cleaned. Wish I had taken some before and after pictures.

Shane is Highly Professional in his work, he was on time and went straight to work on carpets that I thought would never come clean. Shane’s pricing was very fair, and my carpets have never looked better.
