We've used Green Window Cleaning for the last three years and they've always done an amazing job. We even have family members using them now too. Isiah and Chris cleaned our windows this week and did an excellent job. They were fast, efficient and extremely professional. I have a window that has a film on it due to the angle the sun hits it. It was dirty, but told them to not even worry about it if it was going to be a pain to clean. They went ahead and cleaned it, and it looks better than it has in years. I really appreciated them going above and beyond!

This is a very reliable company that takes the time to listen and do a really good job. I thought they were priced really well and service is wonderful. I simply text them and we schedule a date. They have always shown up right on time. They are efficient and friendly.

I had a great experience with Green Window Cleaning. The two men who washed my windows were friendly and professional. One even repaired one of my screens. My windows looked great after they were finished and a month and several rainstorms later, they still look great. I also liked that they didn’t use any chemicals. I will definitely have them wash my windows again.

Chris and kale were absolutely amazing so respectful hardworking, quick and even help with my blind chargers, our windows were no small project! These two did an absolutely incredible job and it looks as if I have no windows at all because they are so sparkly clear. They were so reasonably priced best quote out of the places I called and very quick into schedule and action! Thank you so much!

Update - I’ve dropped this to 1 star. Two windows/screens were not even cleaned. 4 screen frames are bent to the point they have gaps large enough for bees, moths, and other large insects to come right in. And a latch on our interior shutters was broken so they no longer stay in place.

The owner, Patrick sent me a text last week stating “Hi Kim so sorry for the late response, I have been on flights all morning/day. I just got back, can I reach out to you to amend the issue this afternoon? I apologize i had an emergency come up over the weekend and had to leave town. I will personally make it right!.”

He never reached out. Oh, and the found out that they billed me $365 for the job (sqft of our one story house, 1300) and they charged our next door neighbor (7,000 sq ft w/5 times the windows AND solar panels) right around $600. What a joke.

When I received the bid it was for all windows to be cleaned inside and out, tracks cleaned, and screens. Living in Utah where we have some of the Hardest water in the world, and their website states: “Using advanced techniques and eco-friendly solutions, we meticulously clean each window surface, removing dirt, grime, and smudges. We pay extra attention to window sills and frames, ensuring a comprehensive clean that leaves no detail overlooked. Before leaving, we conduct a final inspection to guarantee that every window meets our high standards of cleanliness” I expected the cleaning to INCLUDE the removal of hard water deposits. The hard water grime on them was the entire reason for me to hire a professional window cleaning company.

No where on their website, nor in the communication prior to coming out, did they mention that it would cost $10/pane for hard water removal.

It was only after the crew was beginning to put the screens back in that I asked about the hard water that was left on the windows. “Oh, that’s an extra charge.”

Oh, and the tracks had not been cleaned, and the screen frames had dirt, mud, and debris still all over them. That is not “cleaning the screens” in my opinion. But, I guess cleaning the frames of the screens is not included in the price. The tracks had not been cleaned either, and when I questioned the crew, they said they only wiped down the outside of the tracks after the cleaning. (Which hadn’t been done until I contacted the crew manager, see below)

After texting Patrick and not getting an answer, I called him and received a message stating to text Isaiah as Patrick was out of town. So, I texted Isaiah and was told,

“Hey I’m so sorry to hear about that. We do go over the hard water once but if it is excessive we do upcharge to get the window refurbished as it takes more time. As for the window seals and tracks I have already contacted them about it and let them know they need to go over those again. I’ve been busy this morning as I am in Park City so I do apologize!”

When I mentioned that I had asked for hard water cleaning in the quote, he stated “I understand and it is frustrating but also we want to be reasonable with our customers and also our employees. The upcharge will be $10 for every pane of excess hardwater done. Again I apologize and I hope you understand thank you!”

No, I do NOT understand. You are a Window Cleaning company in Utah where hard water is the norm, not the exception.

In addition, when I mentioned that no where on the website is there mention of the up charge. Which, by the way, I would have happily agreed to pay for up front, however, when I get bids, I get bids for a reason. And when you state “tracks” in the bid, clean the tracks.

It’s a bummer. I gave them my business based on a referral from my neighbor. However, I won’t be giving them my repeat business. Had they mentioned the up-charge up front, or offered a happy medium once I had to ask about it they might have gained a customer for life and someone who would recommend them to my friends. Yet, that didn’t happen. So, they get this honest review instead.

Sandra Cortes was very helpful and a professional employee. She explained everything to me and was very pleasant to deal with.
