Shane dId a great job. He had a little difficulty with an aDditional employee not showing up but he was very communicative and came and fought through the job on his own He was here for over 4 hours going into each of the vents... so satisfyIng to hear everything (tmi?). And then he showed me everything at the end... I'm sure you don't have to see it.

We had our air ducts cleaned by these folks, and they did an excellent job! Something that I never would’ve normally done. But we did it, and the amount of debris that was taken out of the air ducts was incredible. Would highly recommend!

They did a great job cleaning our windows inside and out. They were able to schedule us within a few days. The person I spoke with on the phone was very professional. The crew was professional and courteous. They even cleaned the glass on our outdoor lights for a small additional fee. The price was right! I will have them come back next year.

We needed to have our carpet stretched, and Shane was the easiest person to correspond and schedule with. Our carpet looks good as new and we will be using him for other services in the future.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the work Extra Touch did for us!! The guys over there are professional and have a lot of knowledge when it comes to cleaning carpet and rugs! There’s way more to it then I thought and when we needed to trust someone with our expensive rugs they didn’t let us down! I learned the hard way you get what you pay for with cleaning companies so when we found a great cleaner for that price it was a no brainer for future cleanings!

This is THE BEST carpet cleaning company to use if you want the job done right. Professional service, dedicated to the end. I will never go anywhere else. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Our carpets look brand spanking new. He even did an after protectant coating to make sure our carpet didn't lose what it came with. Seriously y'all this is the end all be all of carpet cleaning! No ifs ands or butts about it. He worked so hard and even after a snafu he kept going. He was so personable and moved furniture around that I didn't even think about, like my office chair. He cares, and it freaking shows! He treated our house like it was his own. He had baseboard protectors for his hose and put things down for the furniture he moved. My lord, it was done impeccably. 10/10 would hire again. He's even coming back in a couple weeks to stretch some of our carpet. Straight up talent!!!!

We have had Shane, Extra Touch Cleaning Specialist, to our home twice or three times and will again. He does an amazing job of cleaning our very light carpet. The last time we had him stretch and re-attach carpet in a couple of rooms. He knows what he is doing!! We are planning on having him again, either before the holidays or next spring.

Did an awesome job. Most thorough and respectful carpet cleaner. We also had two floods in our basement last winter and he came and did the emergency service on the same day both times. Had all the drying equipment and dehydrators set up for multiple days following. Fantastic.

Shane, the owner, did an amazing job at explaining each process to us. He was very thorough and you could tell that he took pride in his work. Not only was Extra Touch the best price for air duct cleaning, they also provided the best service. I have already referred him to my own family and they are eager to schedule with him. Totally would re hire and recommend to all.

These guys at Extra Touch Cleaning Specialists are great: they give you an arrival window, text you when they're on their way; use protectors to prevent damage to baseboards and stair railings; MOST of ALL, their spot removal and carpet cleaning service is excellent. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Shane and his crew were absolutely FANTASTIC!! Hands down the most thorough and immaculate carpet cleaning job we have ever had. They definitely spent their time to give us the perfect result. So nice and professional and more importantly very considerate. We had them come during the COVID-19 situation and they came prepared with gloves and masks. Shane always does an excellent job - sometimes I think folks feel that getting a professional cleaning service is the same regardless so you should go with the cheapest option; but I think that's untrue. Getting the most value out of the service should be the deciding factor, and in that regard using Shane and Extra Touch is guaranteed to be the most bang for your buck. 5/5 highly recommend!

Shane from Extra Touch has been doing my carpets for years. I tried other carpet cleaners before him and they would do an adequate job but, I never felt like they did a great job. When Shane showed up the first time he took the time needed to get my carpets and upholstery CLEAN. I had never seen someone so detail oriented in his profession and I’ve never looked anywhere else again. He’s always gone above and beyond to do the job right and has always been very professional every time I’ve had him come. I also had a flood in my basement this last year and he came in and repaired the area without any issues. His cost is comparable to other servicers and maybe even a little below. Sometimes it takes a little bit to get in on his schedule but, I can see that is usually, because he does such a good job and takes the time he needs to do his jobs thoroughly. I’ve seen it with my own home. However, if I tell him I’ve got a deadline for a gathering of some sort, he does his best to get it done in time so I appreciate that too. Most of all, I trust having him in my home and recommend his services without reservation.
