We worked with Valley Construction to restore one of the bathrooms after we found the toilet was leaking. The whole process was really smooth from start to finish. They were very professional, very accommodating and worked really quickly. They worked well with our home owners insurance and definitely took care of us. Brian, Alex and Carlos were all awesome to work with. Our bathroom looks even better than it did before.

Value construction is absolutely an incredible company to work with. After coming home late to a flood in our house that not only ruined rooms upstairs but also destroyed almost my entire basement, my insurance company turned us on the valley construction. They were amazing. They were here the next day. They took over everything working with the insurance company demolition putting everything back together even down to the slightest little paint touchup or repair was completed quickly and it looks amazing What I thought would take several months to repair these guys were able to take care of in a few weeks. If you want high-quality work in a company that keeps you involved and up-to-date every step of the way go with valley construction.

My company has referred a lot of our customers to Valley Construction and Referral Hub. We had always heard good things about their work and processes. However, I have never had a personal experience with them until my home flooded this week. Valley Construction came to the rescue! Got to work with a few different people on the team and everyone was super communicative during the project. If I had questions Mike was super fast at responding. We used them for some reconstruction work after some water damage in our basement. Jerry Lovelace was our manager. He and his entire crew were great to work with. They showed up on time, kept us in the loop, did good quality work and got it done within the time frame they estimated. Great company to work with in a situation that can be difficult at times.

Our project manager, Jerry, and construction team lead, Erick, were excellent. They communicated well, got our project done quickly, did nice work, and were incredibly kind and accommodating in all our interactions.

Jerry was a great communicator throughout! This was our 2nd water event with extensive damage. With every step, he and his team responded to each request, feedback on work done, correcting anything needed, all with great final results. This is a company with very honest good people!

I was very happy with the job that Valley Construction did rebuilding my basement after some flooding. Jerry Lovelace was my project manager and he was so great at communicating about every step of the process. He told me he treats people the way he would want to be treated and I definitely saw that. I had a family member go through a similar process, also due to flooding, and then ended up with a surprise bill at the end that they weren't expecting. This was a concern of mine, but again, Jerry communicated with me about any cost adjustments (usually things I added that weren't in the original estimate) and made sure I was very clear about added costs. Overall it was a very smooth and quick process, there were no cost surprises at the end, and they did a great job on the basement!

The communication was very poor. After paying the deposit I made 9 attempts (2 texts, 4 voicemails, 3 calls to the front office) over 3 weeks to contact Mike, the project manager, to schedule the job, but received no communication. The assistant called me, and asked if I was available the next day. When the timeframe came and went I called and he said he couldn’t make it.
To receive refund of the deposit, they cannot send it back to your card, it has to be a check, which I am still waiting for a week later.
The 2 stars is because Venessa in the front office was helpful.

We had a water heater fail unexpectedly at 4 years and they restore our master bathroom in our basement which was impacted by the water from the utility room which is next to it. Only concern was inital communication and getting on their schedule. Mundo who worked on our bathroom and did the restoration did a great job and actually went above and beyond, replacing a few extra floor board that had spacing because of the refit. They did a quality job.

Jerry is super easy to work with was able to repair my entire siding on my home after wind had damaged it. Super great company to work with
