Valley Construction was very fast, efficient, and professional! They were prompt and diligent in making repairs on a flood in our basement. We were happy with their services and quality of work.

Valley Construction did an amazing job for me. Days before I had lost my husband tragically and to make things worse part of my basement flooded. Jerry was so understanding and helpful, knowing I had more to worry about than my basement at the time. After a separate disaster cleanup company had finished airing the space out Valley Construction repaired the walls with matching paint, added new material under sections of my carpet and then hired a maid service to vacuum and clean my washer and dryer. After everything looked great they also hired a carpet cleaning service to finish the job! They kept me well informed every step of the way. Jerry even came by to make sure I was happy and gave me some flowers to let me know he was sorry for my loss. I thank their team and everyone for a job well done. Thanks for making things a little easier.

Valley Construction to the rescue! We had a bad experience with another construction company who took our deposit and ghosted us, so we had trust issues going into this. However, we were pleasantly surprised how responsive, helpful, and fair Alex was as our project manager. I just wish I would've went with them in the first place! Because of Valley, a nightmare bathroom remodel situation (started with a sneaky toilet leak which had mold and the flooring had asbestos that required an abatement company, etc.) had a happy ending. We are very pleased.

Valley construction did an amazing job of handling some specific things that complicated the damage repairing a condo that had been flooded. Jerry Lovelace was so pleasant to work with and I appreciated that he made the difficult situation so much better. I am not driving--since stroke--so I couldn't go down to the condo to help either pushing things along. Jerry came up to my house to discuss the project with me and then to pick up a check to pay for the restoration his company did. He's the best.... I'd work with him again should I ever need to.

I had a fantastic experience with Valley Construction, Mike was awesome and Chandler did an amazing job on my shower even though I know it gave him fits. Mondo also did an awesome job on my drywall repairs, I’m thrilled with the whole project! Highly recommend Valley Construction!

We are grateful we were referred to Valley Construction and we had a great experience! They came out to the job quickly and assigned a project manager, Jerry, who kept us in the loop and updated every step of the way! We were impressed with Jerry’s experience and management of the contractors. We are also very impressed with the carpet installers they use, they did an amazing quality job! And their moving company worked very hard! Thanks for getting us back to square one!

Valley Construction was amazing! I had to do an emergency remodel after a flood. I needed it done in less than a week. Jerry and his team were fast efficient and they kept the mess to a bear minimum! It was done in only 5 days, including the painting! They communicated extremely well, they always showed up when they said, and the finished product is great!!!! I’m so pleased!

5 stars for Jerry. He was a great project manager and very communicative and responsive. We were on a very tight timeline and he made sure we made it. He handled the few hiccups we had well and kept us apprised throughout the process. He made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The crew who did our LVP flooring, drywall, paint, and finish work had issues with quality but Jerry made sure they redid it and made it right. 5 stars also for Luis and the cabinet guys, Ryan and the carpet guys, the countertop installers, and Alex for coordinating with our insurance.

I don’t know how to thank the people at valley construction!! After a horrible leak in our kitchen, and not getting anywhere with insurance on our own, we reached out to valley. Jerry was out the next day, and they had the best and most realistic price to fix our home. They were upfront on the process to getting our home fixed and pricing. Alex was instrumental when working with insurance, and I could not have done this without him. Jerry, our project manager was more than patient with me through the whole process ( I know I wasn’t easy at times) but he was very open, made us feel comfortable and always on schedule. Jerry always had top quality tradesman working on our home! Our kitchen turned out BEAUTIFUL!! And we could not be more happy with valley! We will definitely plan on using them for all our needs and wants in the future! Thanks guys 🙌🏻

Five Stars for Valley Construction: AKA The Homewreckage Avengers

When my upstairs kitchen decided it wanted to become a water feature—and generously shared that experience with my basement—I thought I’d have to turn my home into a modern art exhibit called “Flooded Regret.” Enter Valley Construction, capes metaphorical but work boots very real.

Kaylee and Mike, my dynamic project-managing duo, swooped in like HGTV superheroes and turned my kitchen from “Lake Dismal” back into a culinary paradise. Ryan, the flooring whisperer, guided me through a jungle of options and helped me pick floors so nice, I’m thinking about enforcing a sock-only policy.

The crew he brought in? Absolute legends. These guys worked like caffeinated beavers—tireless, focused, and probably allergic to shortcuts. They didn’t stop until every board was perfect and every bit of the chaos was transformed into calm.

Now my house is not only back in order—it’s better than before. I half expected a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a standing ovation.

If you’re in crisis and need your home rescued, don’t call Ghostbusters. Call Valley Construction. Just maybe don’t flood your kitchen to find out.

    We LOVE Valley Construction!
They built us a small, custom ¾ bathroom from scratch, stayed within budget (which was HALF of what competitors quoted us) and even offered a free follow-up to fix our little shower leak.

Bottom line: Valley Construction / Home Services is the greatest contractor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. 🤗
    10/10
    Would hire them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The bright spot in the panic and stress of a home flood was working with Valley Construction.
Mike was a perfect manager and point of contact. I felt so updated, aware of my options, and most of all encouraged about what was to come. I knew every step along the way that he was on my side and was fighting for me to have the best outcome.
Then all of our contractors, subs, and specialists were amazing. Andres, Mondo, Ryan, Trevor, Cathie, and James were all so efficient, considerate, and made sure I was happy with the work and the results.
They all guided me and gave me options when i was overwhelmed and lost in a remodel I never planned on being in.
You definitely want this team by your side in any construction project, restoration, or insurance claim.

Was flipped off by an employee on my way to work for literally no reason. Over by sage lakes GC. Clearly don’t have professionals working for them.

This place is super. The owner is a very intelligent and knowledgeable man. He knows what he's doing. I recommend Solution Builders very highly, Reasonable prices and excellent workmanship. You'll be glad you had them do your job because it'll be done right!!

I have used Solution for my own home and for rentals I own as well. My first project with Matt was 8 years ago. A few years back my boys worked for him and I learned exactly why his results were so good. They are meticulous about redoing anything that was not done properly even if no one would ever see it and there was unlikely to be a problem later. Thir integrity is impeccable and I won't use anyone else.

I don’t always sit down to take an extra minute to review a company, but Solution Builders wasn’t the ordinary experience. I had them repair a crumbling brick chimney that had messed with the flashing and created a very slow leak. And of course this was at the beginning of October. They came out and gave me the scoop on not just the crumbling chimney but also the other two chimneys that are in better shape and what to look for if I ever decide to hire a mason for tuckpointing those chimneys. It didn’t hurt to find out Solution Builders had also installed the roof on the apartment building complex around the corner. They gave me what, based on my research, was a more than reasonable quote. But what really impressed was their ability to get me on their schedule and to get my project taken care of quickly. And as luck would have it, right before a pretty significant rainstorm hit. I think I might still be waiting on an estimate from the other roofer I contacted. It really goes to show you they mean it when they say no project is too big or too small.

My partners and I recently opened up a Handel’s Ice Cream in Riverdale Utah. After receiving several bids we elected to go with C&R Contractors and it was a great pleasure working with them. During the whole process they were so easy to work with, they had great communication and their workmanship was top quality. They committed to a tight construction schedule and hit our goal of when we wanted to open. Since opening they have reached out several time to ensure we were happy with the store and there weren’t any issues. We will definitely be working with C&R again as we expand and build out future stores.
