Utah Water Heaters Now is a wonderful and knowledgeable company to work with. Matt, one of the co owners, saw the needs of my personal situation and far exceeded my expectations. The installers, co owner and the lead plumber, were very personable and did a complete and thorough job in just over an hour. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Better than the old one! We loved that Utah Water Heater Now was quick and able to see to us same day. The employees really know their stuff and were able to get the old one out of a really tight utility closet, and the new one in, same capacity. Miracle workers, I tell you!

Communication was fantastic, they arrived on time and got right to work. Chris ran parts so Michael could get the tank in and they worked seamlessly. Draining 75 gal took some time e but they were still completely done in just over two hours. I know who I will use again if needed and will reccomend.

They were very quick to respond and able to come and install it within a couple of hours of first contacting them. Upfront pricing was much lower than other bids. Mike was amazing as to how creative he was in such tight quarters. I highly recommend them.

Mike and Chris came out to the house the same day we called about an old water heater. They put down a tarp to keep the area clean and worked efficiently to swap out our older heaters for new high efficiency heater. Price was fair and reasonable and service was top notch. They came out same day and went above and beyond what I asked. Noticed a couple things that were not done correctly on another water heater I have and fixed it and didn't charge me anything extra. Very professional, very clean and easy to work with.

These guys are the absolute best. They have very reasonable prices and amazing customer service. They have done a number of jobs in our house from new plumbing in an unfinished basement to updating old plumbing in the house to unclogging kitchen sinks. Recommend them 10 out of 10.

Ok I've got to say, Rhett is AMAZING! I had a hot water heater go out...it was old and crusty and I new it, but hung on as long as I could. I called Rhett and told him my situation, expecting I would see him in a day or two. By the way, this is a rental home, and I wanted to get this done ASAP! Well, Rhett, went out after hours, around 7 pm and diagnosed the problem. He was back at the rental the next day with an excellent HW heater - not from home depot...one that should last for years. He went over and above - put on earthquake straps, a new drip leg, upgraded the exhaust flue to meet code as well as replaced the drip pan. He went over and above, all in a very efficient manner and a reasonable price. We will definitely use him again. Thanks Rhett!!
