James was able to come to my home very quickly and and even quicker was able to diagnose where my leak was coming from and get it fixed! I have called several other plumbing companies for various reasons in the past and was never really impressed. I will ONLY use White Pine and highly recommend them! fast professional and friendly service at a great price is rare!!

Stone was awesome! He flushed my water heater and let me know I was I needed to get a water softener in order to not void the 25year warranty on my water heater. Incredibly easy to work with and loved the attention to detail.

Stone and his team went above and beyond on a plumbing project that we thought was going to be a nightmare. They tackled the job without hesitation and delivered high-quality work. They were easy to work with and very communicative throughout the process. For such a big project, their pricing was also very reasonable. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Professional and friendly. Gave me rough estimate over the phone which is nice as so many want to show up and gouge you for whatever they can. (I’ve had people quote in person $1000 to clear a drain- ridiculous!). Job was for as quoted and did a little extra caulk at no charge. Awesome! Honesty and fairness has won me over. I’ll be giving them my next business.

Anthony was great. He is helping me with a leaky shower faucet and leaky water heater and we are working with Choice Home Warranty. Choice Home Warranty is very difficult.

Eric W. showed up on time and throughly explained the process he had to do to ensure the repair was done right. He respected our home by wearing a mask during this pandemic and protective shoe coverings. The price was fair and I will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Eric the rep finished up early with some of his other jobs - came early. He was very honest and checked many things to make sure we have the right diagnosis. Didn't feel like I was being sold on anything and even suggested ways I could do it my self.

Benjamin Wells was very cordial and took time to explain the work he was doing and suggestions for future improvements to the plumbing system. Clean up was very good, which was a pleasant change from most contractors I've dealt with.

They came 3 times to my home to install a pressure regulator, each time making an excuse as to why they didn’t bring the part. Anthony made multiple excuses and then they let their new employee, Jesus, do the job. After having the repair done, three weeks later, the shut off valve and pressure regulator valve are both leaking the first time I shut them off and on. After looking at the work, the pvc pipes are bent and the work was NOT professionally. I can’t believe I let this slide and paid for this service. I’d take my services else-wear. There are less expensive plumbers that actually know what they are doing.

Anthony found a leak and I wasn't happy. I was a little reactive and rude, but Anthony did everything he could to fix the issue and was kind and professional, even though I was not. I regret that I was rude. It really says a lot though that Anthony didn't just ignore me and write me off, instead he came and fixed the issue and made me feel much more comfortable.

We had a faucet that was broken. Anthony tracked down the part that had to ultimately get specialty made, and came back to the house on 3 different occasions to troubleshoot and make sure we were taken care of. He went out of his way even when it required more of his time. Thank you for world class service and work.

Anthony and Travis were nice and helped us installing the water softener. They picked the water softener up from Home Depot for me and they were on time to show up on my house and did the job great and fast.

Rescope quoted us $17,000 to shoot a liner through our main line. We had THREE other plumbing companies come take a look and all 3 said the same thing-
1. There wasn't a big enough issue to do any work in the first place.
2- The liner wouldn't have fixed the issue even if it was there.
3- Even if the liner was needed, it would be about a third of the price from all 3 companies.

They have been very bad at communicating with us AND each other through this whole process. Overall bad customer service and we feel completely ripped off.
