Johnny serviced both of my furnaces. He was able to come early—that was great for me. Johnny was very thorough in his work. He has completed services in my home before and I appreciate his pleasant personality, his honesty and willingness to answer all my questions. I’m extremely satisfied with his work—he was very professional and even remembered the last repairs he made on my furnace! I will recommend him in the future. Thanks, Johnny!!

I've used these guys for the last 3 years and I can't say enough good things about them. Tyrell is extremely professional and good at his job and today I met Blake who is just as competent and thorough! I believe that they are fair and honest and I've come to trust them for my sewer line issues. I have no experience with any of their other services, but I don't know why they'd be any different. Matt came on an emergency Sunday call to replace a hot water heater several years ago and was awesome—prompt, fair and professional. I had another need on a Saturday after Christmas and Jon was here quickly and was professional and fair. I absolutely recommend them and plan on contacting them soon for non-emergency work. I appreciate a local company where the money stays local.

We needed a gas line capped to replace our gas range with an electric model. I paid a little more than I expected, and there was some miscommunication with the dispatcher, who basically told our technician Tyrell the opposite of what we wanted, so he was surprised when he arrived about what he would be working on. But Tyrell was great—very professional, clear, and did the job quickly and well. We appreciate the good service and wouldn’t hesitate to work with this company again!

Jon S came to the service appointment promptly. He thoroughly analyzed the problem and solution. He was courteous and covered his feet (it was a rainy day) each time he went in and out the door. I would recommend this company and this service tech professional.

Needed a gas valve replaced and a tub spout installed. Jon came next day, got them both done in about 30 minutes and they work perfectly. Highly recommend 1st American!

Serious backed up sewer line issues in the middle of the night. Toilets and floor drains in my basement overflowing. I called and a kind lady on the phone was sympathetic, helpful, and honest and sent someone out right away. Tyrell came within about an hour and got right to work assessing the problem. He was neat and tidy in his dress and very personable. He diagnosed the problems quickly and gave me the price upfront before beginning the work. He worked really hard until he resolved all the issues. It was a dirty messy job and he did a great job cleaning up after too. He was kind, courteous, cheerful, and non-judgmental the entire time. He answered all my questions respectfully. I now have peace of mind that my sewer lines are working properly again. Considering it was in the middle of the night and a challenging problem, I feel the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Tyrell did a great job.
