Fantastic experience! On time and the technician (Jon) was great! Quickly troubleshot and addressed the issue and provided great advice (maintenance) that will help prevent the issue from occurring in the future! Really enjoyed the fact that he gave me two options (clean the p-traps myself to save me some money or he could do it for $X charge). I opted to have him do it to ensure it was done correctly and thoroughly. Even got an email with before and after pictures of my p-traps to show just how dirty they were that was causing the unwanted smells from the sink.

He even took the extra step and recognized my dishwasher line was hanging low (which could trap some unwanted water in the line) and got it properly hung up and attached under the sink). Really great work and overall experience!

Will use them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

II would highly recommend! This is the second time for 1st American to come to my home. The first time was Oct. 2020, to repair my water heater and, they did an awesome job. The Second time Lance came out and was on time, very knowledgeable, and explained details about repairing my stop and waste valve and replacing a very old front spigot. I have been very pleased with the prompt, excellent, professional, and honest service they have provided both times and they will be the company I know I can trust to call come and take care of any problem I might have in the future. Hard to find a place with integrity and professionalism. They replaced a pump for me about 6 months ago and had to come out as it seemed to have stopped working. It ended up being put too high and was lowered now properly. The honesty and reliability is unmatched. I had also called yesterday and they could’ve gotten me taken care of the same day (4th of July 9pm). I decided to schedule the next day. Super fast. Reliable. 100 percent recommend these guys.

The communication process is very efficient. An appointment was set and I was contacted to see if I was okay with them coming early. So the technician came and started the job before the window of time even started. Brady came in and looked at what I needed and gave me a quote with no pressure to accept the bid. We told him to move forward with it . Brady did it correctly and cleaned up and was very polite and professional throughout.

Jon came out to our house and spent more than an hour making calls and looking into options to replace our out-of-production solar hot water system. He ended up finding it wouldn’t be worthwhile to replace for now. Didn’t charge us a penny, just happy to help get us the best solution. I’m super impressed with the time and care that was put into researching our unique situation- will definitely be calling 1st American next time anything comes up!

Johnny came to our home to conduct a service check on our sump pump. He was very professional and helpful. He took the time to show me the parts of the system and how it worked. He gave me options for future maintenance to make sure the system would continue to operate effectively. I felt extremely satisfied with the level of service and communication from his visit. Nick was here on time and he was so lovely and helpful through the entire experience as he answered all of our questions and even spent extra time making sure the problem wouldn’t persist once he left. He also explained pricing to me and made sure I knew what exactly I was paying for and broke the cost down for me before starting the job. Matt was also super great on the phone and made sure to have Nick here in a timely manner with an understanding of what the problem was so he knew exactly what to look for. We will absolutely be using this company again as they were exceptionally professional and Nick assured me that he himself would come back if we ever had another problem with our plumbing again. 10/10 service!

1st American really came through in a bind and fit us in really quickly. They worked with my insurance folks very well and did great troubleshooting during installation. We have used them multiple times and each time has been a good experience.

I was experiencing low water pressure in my house. Brady was the plumber who came out. The reason behind the low water pressure did not turn out to be what we thought it was but a different issue that required much more work. While the cost ended up being higher than expected as it was a different issue, Brady took the time to answer every question I had. He was very thorough in explaining how things worked and the various options. The repairs took a few hours and he solved our problem. I really appreciate his patient attitude and attention to detail. He took extra time to explain, wore shoe covers, and left the work area better than he found it.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Tyrell took time to answer all my questions and assure me of my system. He gave me some tips too so I understand how things ebb and flow. Highly recommend
