Found Rescope on thumbtack for a home improvement job. After using them for a few minor piping moves and being happy with their flexibility and work we had them Install some faucets, toilets, water heater and soft water system. Would highly recommend Eric. He is professional, makes sure things are planned out, correctly installed and then checks and verifies everything to make sure it is working as it should be.

I’ll recommend others to reach out and use Eric in the future.

I thought I needed a new water heater due to some volatility in our hot water. Anthony helped me see that the problem was likely not the water heater, but something much less expensive. It built a ton of trust and I really appreciated the honest and intelligent approach!

Anthony was able to figure out leak within a matter of minutes of walking through the door! He could have done the repair but said all we needed to do was caulk an area to stop the leak which I am capable of doing. I appreciate his honesty and not charging anything for his time and advice.

Anthony came and gave us an estimate on a relatively small job, replacement of a corroded bathroom faucet. He was able to come back later the same day with a new faucet in hand and he replaced the old one in about an hour. He was friendly and polite. The price of the actual job was very close to his earlier estimate. We're happy with the service we received.

They did a great job on installing a water softener for me. The installation was a tad bit tricky due to some tight space, but he worked out a good solution. The pricing was very reasonable and he pointed out a small installation problem with my water heater - where a steel pipe was used instead of copper, which he swapped out free of charge. This was not even something that would be related the water softener install, but he recognized the problem and wanted to make sure the problem was fixed! I really appreciated this, shows that they care about doing a good job.

I had noises coming from my pipes so I called these guys. Alex showed up and had me taken care of within a couple of hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable, would highly recommend to family and friends! Thank you again!

Alex came to check and flush my water heater today. He was very professional and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and what to watch out for my water heater going out. It is an older unit but still functioning well.

Technician Anthony was on time, super friendly. Good with my dog that I couldn’t keep away due to a back injury. He got the job accomplished well and was reasonable with me on payment. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I need these services in the future.

Anthony came promptly to unclog my toilet. He also figured out a persistent problem I’ve had with my tub that two other plumbers had recommended thousands of dollars worth of repairs to fix. His solution was $150 and it’s worked great. He also have a two week warranty on my toilet so that when it did clog again, he came back and fixed it for free. He seems very kind and professional.

Kenny, Trevor and Tyler came out to service my home. Little did I know my furnace was leaking C02. They were able to take care of the issue for an amazing price. These guys are the best in the business and iwould recommend to my closet friends

We had Anthony and Travis come out for an estimate and repair for stinky drainage and loose pipe connection in the kitchen. They were able to diagnose the problem so quickly, and the repair even quicker, all PROPERLY and PROFESSIONALLY. They were very timely, and very personable, most importantly considerate as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a plumber as they will be the first one to be called for our next project.
