We had them come in and clean our carpets, very professional, they gave me the price upfront and spent the time answering my questions and giving recommendations. They did a great job, will be using them again!

Frank and Kris helped me out with some mold removal as well as some flood damage removal. In both instances they responded quickly, explained to me all of my options, and completed the work at a reasonable price in a timely and quality manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Anchor Water Damage came to inspect a house I'm buying that has a smoke smell. They were right on time and very professional. The Gentleman Mason that came to clean my carpets was very professional. He took his time to protect the corners of my walls, and even put shoe covers on when re-entering the rooms. The carpet both looked and smelled clean.

Mason and Cory came out to clean our carpets again after a 7 month break. My mom has asthma and they are the only company that cleans our carpets without giving my mom asthma problems. They are on time, pre-measuring the carpet to give a bid before starting work and explaining clearly the cleaning procedures depending upon what needs to be done from Hepa vacuuming to pretreatment to steam extraction cleaning. We plan on using the company in the future and we've recommended them to others. The carpets actually smell clean upon completion and after drying and not just like perfume.

My basement flooded a few days before Christmas. I called and was not expecting to get anyone out so soon. They were able to send Brandon out with in 40 minutes. He was able to show us what to do and even came back to check. It was a great experience and I will always recommend this company.

The professionals at Anchor Water Damage and Restoration handled my emergency in an incredibly timely manner. From the initial call they understood the urgency of getting the sewage clean up started promptly. They were professional, compassionate and ethical in both pricing and how they approached the clean up, (no short cuts they did what they said they would do). They had me back in working order in one.

I've been using Anchor Restoration for over 10 years now for carpet cleaning at my home and office. They're always professional and do a thorough job. I highly recommend their services.

Frank was able to squeeze my consult in the day I called. He arrived when he said he would. Was very personable and professional, giving his honest opinion which was able to save us money. This is the second time I've used Anchor and intend to in the years to come. Highly recommend.

Anchor Restoration came to the rescue when another mold remediation service failed to solve our mold remediation problem. Frank was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. The part that I liked the most is that he guaranteed that he would solve our problem...and he did! I have since reached out to Frank for his input on a mold issue at a separate home and, like my first experience with him, he was more than helpful.

We have used Anchor Restoration for carpet cleaning and also for flooding on three seperate occasions, (one of which included some major mold cleanup). Frank and the guys are FANTASTIC. They come out quick, get to work quick, get it under control, and are very professional along each step of the way. Kris is wonderful to work with in the office and the entire company just has a "dont worry, we've got this" kind of a feel. They have saved us in some pretty bad situations. I completely trust them and would not call anyone else.

A couple rooms in our basement flooded with the recent rains, and an unfortunate tree branch in a window well. I got a lot of the water sucked up (at midnight, as is always the case) and the carpets pulled back, but it was more than I would be able to handle the next day, given three kids under 6. I found Anchor on Yelp, and based on the amazing reviews, called first thing in the morning. I was not dissappointed.

Frank was out within the morning, assessing the damage and gave several options on the scale of diy to full service. He suggested just renting the fans and a dehumidifer, since I'd done most of the work with the carpet and padding. His rental prices were right on par with Home Depot (which I'd also called earlier) save for a small fee for setup/pickup. Which again...three kids. 100% worth it to not have to lug giant carpet fans and a dehumidifer up and down my stairs, and to and from HD.

And even though I went the more diy route, Frank was so patient with all my questions about fixing our gutter drainage, foundation repairs, and replacing the carpet pad. Would 100% recommend Anchor. I hope to not need their services again, but if I do, I'd call them back in a heartbeat.

We appreciate the fantastic and professional job Anchor did on cleaning our carpets. They no their carpets and how to get the spots out of a tan color. These 8 year old carpets look like new. I highly recommend their services.
