Water Damage Restoration reviews in South Jordan, Utah

We had a minor flood in our upstairs bathroom, that we noticed dripped into our garage a little. We wanted to just make sure that there was no serious damage. We took a recommendation from a neighbor and had a company come give us an opinion. They recommended replacing linoleum, carpet, part of the garage ceiling, etc. The estimate was $8000. It seemed a bit extreme, so I looked online and found that Anchor had good reviews. Frank came, checked everything with his tools, and let us know that everything was dry, there was no damage, and all we needed to do was have someone put the carpet back down that we had lifted up where wet. We will recommend Frank to anyone, we are so grateful for his honestly, and since he cleans carpets, we will now be using him whenever we need carpets cleaned. Highly recommend!!

I recently had Anchor Restoration help me out with some basement flooding. I really liked how upfront they were about their service and prices. It was also really nice and important to me to work with an independent company that was knowledgeable and flexible with their service. Everyone I worked with was helpful and nice.

We use Anchor regularly, and have for years, on our rental property to clean carpets, and have used them for occasional water damage issues. They always show up on time, able to respond asap, and are a great value. They do a fantastic job, and we will continue to use them for years to come!

When I called to ask them to come clean the carpet at one of AGF Management's rentals I was SURE they would have to cut out a big spot and repair with a remnant. To my surprise when I stopped by to see how the cleaning was going the spot was GONE. Brandon was the cleaner and he is the best. He even called me this morning to report he had gone back and checked out the spot to make sure it was gone. Thanks for the great job. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great! They are the first carpet company who has told me the truth and not what I want to hear. Love that! They have done a fabulous job on the carpet and didn't try to upsell me to a bunch of other services we don't need. One of the best things about them is they are punctual! The appointment was for 8:30 am and they were here at 8:25 am! Our carpet was really difficult, it was old and had a boatload of pet stains on it. The price charged was very reasonable. Much less than other carpet places I have used in the past and they did a better job.

Anchor WD&R came the very next day when we were moving into our new house. They were fair in their pricing and explained the whole process to me so I felt confident that I was getting a good service. They showed up on time and gave an estimate prior to starting the work so I knew what to expect before they started. My mom and sister also have used them and they came highly recommended.

Brandon was perfectly on time, cautious with our wood railing down the stairs, friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. We were so happy with the service last year, we were looking forward to having Anchor Restoration back again!! I am super happy with their service, and highly recommend them!

I had made an with Kris the day prior for air duct and carpet cleaning. Upon their initial inspection, Frank and Mason determined that air duct cleaning was not going to be necessary after all. Problem areas were addressed and I was quoted a reasonable price before work started. My condo looks and smells great now!

Overall I am highly satisfied with their services. It is so refreshing to work with a company who takes honesty and integrity as seriously as I do. They are prompt professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for cleaning services.

I don't think I've ever met a more honest and helpful person in my life. I contacted Frank the day before Thanksgiving about a small mold problem at a house I was selling and suppose to close on that Friday. Frank met me at the house and did an inspection and made some recommendations and started cleaning the air and set up some other services for us.In three days everything was complete and the next tests came back 100% clean.
I appreciated Franks honesty and quick response, I'd recommend Anchor any day.

Frank and Mason came out to clean our carpet. I was impressed by their professionalism. They called about an hour before showing up to confirm the appointment and they arrived on time. My carpets are quite old. Frank did an excellent job cleaning them and removing stains from well traveled areas. I was impressed and will definitely use his service on a regular basis. The day before New Years Eve my wife and I had just arrived home from work and we were planning out our agenda to ring in the New Year. We had moved into our new home in Daybreak just five months prior and felt like everything was going well.

But then..... a few days before Christmas, our upstairs toilet in the kids bathroom had started to have some issues with the float, which we had intended to repair in a few days. So that night we were downstairs in the family room watching a movie, when we heard the dreaded noise of water dripping through our can lights in our kitchen. Realizing what was happening, I quickly ran upstairs to shut the water supply to the toilet off. What I found upstairs was the bathroom floor covered in water, running onto the upstairs hall carpet and under the bedroom walls.

I asked my wife to look up disaster repair on her phone and she found one with outstanding customer reviews. It was “Anchor Water Damage and Restoration” and they could be here to help in 20 minutes! We were impressed by the responsiveness to our phone call and even more impressed when Frank showed up when he said he would; in 20 minutes. Frank was friendly, professional, and came prepared to handle our flood. He used his sensors to see where the moisture was and accurately accessed the limits of the flood. He told us what he would be doing and why and went over his the cost estimate with us. He took the time to answer our questions and to explain things. Frank has brought all of the necessary equipment to get the kitchen ceiling and upstairs floor started with the drying and dehydration process. He told us he wouldn’t cut up our kitchen ceiling unless it absolutely needed to be replaced. It turned out that the ceiling could be saved and after the drying process, we only needed a seam repair done on the kitchen ceiling and some carpet pads removed. Anchor was honest, competent, and did excellent work to help us get our repairs done for a relatively low cost. Mikell made the billing a paperwork so efficient. It was a pleasure to work with these folks!

We would definitely recommend Anchor as the restoration company to call for peace of mind. They will exceed your expectations and make you feel glad you called them to come out. They are honest and dependable. We felt their price was very reasonable and their workmanship was outstanding!

I have used Anchor Water Damage and Restoration a couple of times to clean my carpets. They are very professional, yet I like the down -to-earth feel I get from them unlike other companies. I appreciate the follow-up call l I get the day after cleaning to make sure everything looks grear.The cleaning method they use is far superior than others and well worth the cost. My old carpets always look great when they are done!

We have red juice spilled on the carpet. I called Anchor restoration and got a call back in 10 minutes for scheduling. Alex and Dillon arrived in about an hour. They did awesome job to get the carpet cleaned. They are professional and friendly. Alex not only provide the great service of cleaning the carpet, but also explained how this works and what I can do in the future. We are so happy to have the carpet cleaning done by them. I would recommend anyone to use their service. Great guys, greaat service, couldn't be more happier.

Anchor did a great job cleaning my carpets. Mason was friendly, professional, and polite. My carpets were embarrassingly dirty with everything from mud to dog whatever and it cleaned up beautifully. The cost was fair and reasonable, so much so that I was able to include the pet spray. I really appreciated that. I will definately be calling again and recommending Anchor to my friends.
