The air in my home now feels so much lighter and fresher, and he even took the time to explain how buildup affects air quality. I appreciate the thorough cleaning and professional service; my allergies have noticeably improved.

Best HVAC company around

I’ve worked with Secure Mechanical for probably 10 years now on everything from my business, home, and rental property. They are fair, fast, and professional. I recommend them to all my friends and family and all of them have had good experiences. I’ve had them work on mini splits, standard home AC/Furnace systems, and they were even able to fix an in-wall radiant gas furnace that was over 20 years old! Thanks guys!

We had newtown install a logkit and ventless Gas fireplace. They were on time, courteous, and answered all our questions. We’ll be using them again next time we need any hvac service

Once again Newtown HVAC came to my rescue. In the basement Monday during the snowstorm, I noticed water gathered on the floor around my hot water heater. I called Newtown and got an immediate response requesting photos of wet area and factory tag on heater. After forwarding as requested, I got another prompt response telling me heater is still under warranty. Early next morning, while snow still storming, received text from Newtown that they have replacement heater and will install in an hour. True to their word, old heater removed and new one installed by noon. Can’t get any better than this.

After getting quotes from several companies in the Salt Lake area and speaking to some friends about their experiences, nobody could compete with Newtown. Price, professionalism, timeline, results, everything that matters, they stood out above the rest.

I have remodeled two houses of my own and two rentals in Utah. Tradespeople either seem to be a pain in the neck or fabulous. These guys are fabulous. The communication has been clear and easy. We totally re-piped the gas in my own house which the previous owner, who was an incompetent DIYer, had done and it was cheaper than repairing bad work. Every time something unexpected has come up they have come through for me. Remodel work of fixers requires more knowledge than just doing something right to start with and these guys have the experience and know how to get things done. The bills have all been very fair.

This is a great company. Had a heater issue about 2 years ago and they came out and got it taken care of really quick and far cheaper than any other company I priced. Then last year we upgraded our heater and they gave us a great deal as well as getting things cleaned up from the crappie job of the previous owners.

Caleb from Newtown heating and air came to our house the day we contacted him for help. He fixed our A.C. unit and did a thorough job in checking everything out to make sure we were all set when he left. The price was also much more reasonable than any other company we’ve contacted before. He was kind and professional and we won’t hesitate to call him again for any of our hvac needs. They were willing to work with me and installed a new furnace and AC unit into the house I still hadn't closed on yet. They were trusting and professional!
