Our A/C went out and Todd with Kellys Heating and Cooling was able to make it out within 24 hours quickly solved the issue and changed the parts needed on scene and saved the day!!! 10/10 recommend best HVAC service I have received. Very quick, employees are really friendly, very responsive, and doesn’t try to upsell or tell you, you need a new system. 🙌

Jay did a remarkable job in explaining to a novice very much outside his element the intricacies of furnace functionality and actually made the process very interesting and engaging. At the same time he was able to accurately diagnose our situation, make important recommendations and most importantly restore us to a warm home. Very professional and highly recommended, I found this visit to be outstanding in every aspect!

A/C out ... September but it's still HOT! They were able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem. Hubs opted for a switch-out of the furnace/AC over replacing the motor (although that was an option) and they were out the next day. Quick and courteous and clean, putting down plastic to protect the carpet, showing me which filters to order, even helping get the Nest thermostat connected. Thanks! ♥

Kelly's Heating and Cooling installed our new central air system. They were fast with getting us an estimates and scheduling the work. They arrived on time and finished the job in one day. Got 3 bids…Kelly’s was a fair price & better equipment vs other bids. Installers Jay & JJ were awesome…explained the project, on time every day & very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC work.

I wanted to than Kelly for all the help on my system. He has helped me put in a separate system for my upstairs rooms and AC units as well in the past. Now for the big kudo's, on Christmas day my old heater went out when it was 15 degrees in Park City, which was not a good thing. He was able to get his crew out to replace that heater within a day to get us warmed up again. Such great customer service and the new heater has actually lowered by gas bill as well. Thanks again and don't hesitate to call them if you need heating or A/C help.

Jay was great. Came out and installed a new ecobee and ran new wire for the heating and cooling . Professional and even more important came in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Kelly’s did a great job! My old furnace died on a Tuesday and I had a new one installed on Wednesday. House is warm again!

They had a great price and replaced my AC equipment in just a few hours, and my house cooled down even faster than they predicted. Only thing that stopped a 5 star was that the communication wasn't the greatest as far as me knowing what day or time they where going to come, without my prompting. They got a bit sidetracked they said. Other than the little bit of communication hiccups it was a great experience. (If I could do 4.5 stars that's what it would be)

My 18 yr old HVAC was beginning to have issues. After did some searching around and a recommendation from a friend. I chose Kelly's Heat and Cooling LLC.

2 ordinary guys showed up (father and son), very friendly. They introduced themselves, in which I've already read and heard of them from reviews before hand. They were and have been very knowledgeable and informative and voluntarily giving out information in their explanations and experience...And even took the time to do some small talk and side jokes.

This was a 2 day job. Once they got to get working, they dug right in and work diligently. They knew what they had to do and what needs to get done, very professional. They work hard and fast....(I cannot blame them. You are in a stranger's home and the home owner probably don't like strangers in their house either.). They have the knowledge, experience and know-how. A father and son team. I was/ am very lucky to have them installing my HVAC unit. They did their job. The installation looks great. There's no one better than them.

I will be hoping I would get them (to come out again) or that they would comeback if I ever have to call for any HVAC issues.

Overall I have a new HVAC Daikin Fit heat pump system and it is keeping my house cool. I would recommend these guys to any one with their HVAC issues.

The install of the furnace was fast, professional and very well done. They were able to get me scheduled sooner than I thought they could. This is my second time using Kelly’s Heating and Cooling, and it didn’t disappoint. The account representative was knowledgable, the pricing was fair, and the installation crew of Jay and JJ was fast, efficient, clean, and personable. Don’t hesitate calling Kelly’s Heating and Air. Four years ago Robbie and Jay replaced my central air unit and the service and outcome were superb. Just this week my furnace was heating intermittently. Service Jay came that day and showed me in great detail why the furnace was unsafe and needed to be replaced plus took the time to help me understand my C2 detector.
Install Jay and JJ installed a new furnace just less than 48 hours later. Jay recalled installing my air and proceeded to go through the process with patience and care. They are experts. Period. They are professional, personable, helpful, and they know their business.

My builder for my home used Kelly’s Heating and Air - so when I needed something fixed within the warranty, I was to use them. I was so pleasantly surprised with how awesome their service was. They contacted me quickly, had me set up for an appointment as soon as possible, and were very courteous and kind. The repairman that came was incredibly kind and polite - he was efficient and thorough in both the job and in his explanation to me. He also was on top of it when it came to what he could do to finish up and what my builder needed. The best surprise for me was that on top of being so kind and professional, he cleaned up at the end. After taking out part of my wall to move my thermostat, it was hardly dusty or dirty. I will always use Kelly’s from here on out, no matter what. They are awesome!!

Jay and JJ were incredible! They are extremely knowledgeable and work very hard. They took a two day job and were able to complete it in one without compromising quality. Jay has 30 years of experience and has seen everything and knows how to solve any problem. I’d highly recommend them to everyone I know.

After determining the best rated HVAC companies in my area, I scheduled 4 bids. Kelly's wasn't the cheapest but they were the most thorough in explaining what I needed to consider in replacing my 21 year old system. Jay, Jay & JJ replaced my system last week and were very thorough in explaining what I needed to do in maintaining my new system. I heartily recommend you talk to Kelly's when considering updating your system.

We are very pleased with the work done by Kelly's heating and cooling. The entire process of replacing our furnace and ac was seamless. Jay and JJ arrived on time and explained the process of installation, then worked quickly and intensely to remove the old and install the new. Upon completion of the work, they gave us recommendations on how to care for the equipment and also made themselves available to answer our questions. If the equipment turns out to be as reliable as the installers, we will have made an excellent choice and will recommend Kelly's, Jay and JJ wholeheartedly.

Great company to work with! We replaced our entire HVAC system with Kelly's and they did a great job! We were looking at many different companies over the last year to do this job and are so glad we held out until we found them. Just had a new furnace and ac installed. The team that came out were wonderful! They put down covers to protect my carpet, were very knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to make sure I understood the in and outs of the new system before they left. Couldn't be happier with their service.
