I'm the maintenance director at Sandstone South Lake. I had FSM out today. Bronte Esteada was my tech. He always does an outstanding job. 👏 The thing about FSM is, I know when I pick up the phone to call them they will be out here within 48 hours. Typically it's within 24 hours and sometimes it's the same day. If you need a great HVAC-R and mechanical company call FSM. Give stars all the way.

I have a home service plan and this was the company sent to repair my furnace. Bronte, my repair tech, arrived within the time frame I was given and was able to figure out the issue and get it fixed within a few hours. He was very nice, professional, and communicative.

I I would like to start off saying that your guys customer service and communication is definitely on point and the technician that you had out here. Bronte is also on point. Communicates very well, calls ahead to schedule. Keeps us informed on when or if things need to be replaced. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Patrick showed up on time and despite miscommunication on his work order for our building he remained kind and professional while I explained everything that needed to be done. Patrick went above and beyond with his customer service delivering outstanding, thorough service and providing all the help I needed with our A/C units and politely answering all of my questions. FSM is very lucky to have such a professional on their staff

Bronte was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the furnace. He searched out the problem, ordered a new motor overnight and was concerned about our welfare. He came back the next day and put in the motor and made sure that it was working correctly. He took the time to explain what was happening. We were so blessed to have him help us with our furnace problem.

Brontë was here in our office fixing our furnace today, April 18, 2024. He has been in our office before and has always been cordial and thorough! I would give him a five of five review and I know that he always will take care of us!

William, I believe was his name, came out and made sure the HVAC was working properly. His customer service was awesome, very polite and professional.

Bronte with FSM serviced my HVAC unit when I was in a pinch and made it as pleasant of an experience as a mechanical failure could possibly be! He was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and resolved the issue same day to get my home feeling comfortable again. 10/10 would recommend!

Will came to visit our property to do some work for some of the units he was very professional and had a great attitude and left a great report of what was done during his visit, he finished everything in a timely manner we love vendors like this and will be contacting him and the company for future work thank you will !

We use this company for our AC repairs and they are really awesome. We have AC issues pretty constantly at our community so I call consistently. They are always quick to respond and work with our schedule. The ladies who do the scheduling are super helpful, friendly, and take the time to get information I need from every visit. Sam is often the person to help me on the phone and she gives such amazing customer service. I really appreciate you making each experience easy and pain free. ( As pain free as possible considering )

Bronte was very professional when he came to our home to service our furnace and air-conditioning. He was very meticulous and proficient, making sure that he checked every part and things that will make our furnace work well. We appreciated the service he provided. Hopefully we will see him again for our next visit for maintenance.

I use FSM frequently for our commercial buildings. They do a great job. I also use them for my home. Tech Will is the best. Professional & knowledgable!
