I would not recommend this company. Had them about one to two years ago and I feel like I should share given the good deals they continue to advertise. We experienced poor duct cleaning technique and aggressive up-selling when they are at your home. The hose equipment was used and had holes patched with tape, a lot of suction lost when they attached the extension/second hose. Our air quality never significantly improved after they came the following spring/summer/fall. Go with a company that has the hose suction attached to the spinner brush so that as they spin the brush it can suction the dirt and debris. This company just stuck in the suction a little ways but not the whole way down the duct with the spinner brush. I had a more experienced technician from their company so it has nothing to do with getting a newbie. Then near the end the aggressive up-selling started. They pressure hard. Avoid them.

Kaleb, is a very friendly, kind and knowledgeable Guy! The Service was exceptional. He did a swab test to see how safe our air was in the ducts. It came back as a level four. He got us set up on some units to help creep the air cleaner and making us feel more comfortable and confident that our air is cleaner in our home. This was very important for us since we have people in the home with auto immune deficiencies, as well as as a young baby. He took care of the problem left us feeling like we have a new friend. Highly recommend him. Heck we Already recommended him to my son. 😁

Apex booked in a reasonable time, eye clear and communicative when confirming the appointment, and Bryce showed up right on time. He found the problem and went above and beyond to not only ensure our air ducts were clean, but also that they were safe. His manner was pleasant and unintrusive. Very reasonably priced compared to local competition. Highly recommend.

I had Apex Clean Air come out for a duct cleaning, and Kaleb was the technician who helped me. Once he got into the vents, he discovered there was a significant amount of food debris and microbial growth throughout the system.

Kaleb didn’t rush the job at all—he ended up staying the entire day to make sure everything was done right. He thoroughly cleaned the vents, treated them properly, and also took the time to clean out the furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing quality work rather than just checking a box.

I really appreciated his dedication and attention to detail. Highly recommend Apex Clean Air, and especially Kaleb, if you want the job done correctly.

We have used apex clean air for years for our vent cleaning. We just moved into a new home and wanted to make sure the vents were clean. Skyler was prompt, professional, and thorough. He gave us all of the options for pricing and wasn’t pushy, just wanted us to get the best value. He should get a raise!!

Best customer service. Kaleb handled our situation as I if were a part of his own family, making sure everything was up to my standards of living before moving on to his next appointment of the day. He was kind and courteous of the home and even called and explained what services needed to be done to our property management company. I was shocked at the level of thorough care Apex provided and even more grateful for their bedside manner.

I hired Apex primarily because I had a feeling my dryer vent needed to be cleaned.
They had a deal going I saw in the mail so I took advantage of it.

They came out and cleaned all of the vents in my 2 level townhome. The whole service, including setup, the work, cleanup, and explanations took about 4 hours. I knew it would take several hours and I was not bothered by this time frame. I’d rather someone takes their time to be thorough and they did just that.

He was on time, professional, and also explained everything in simple terms.

There were some additional services he recommended based on our home and trying to eliminate allergens, but I didn’t feel like he was pushing anything I didn’t need.

Carson was very good about acknowledging my 2 cats, one of which was terrified and the other which we warned him might right to crawl in to the ducts. He was also very careful with the items in my home.

My dryer vent was pretty clogged. Carson looked at my lint trap and noticed it wasn’t seated all the way so he cleaned out the bottom and now the lint trap sits flush. This should help avoid build up!

Called for a $29 tune up. They were prompt professional and quick. I liked the technician. The quote I received to have all 3 parts of the furnace cleaned, was around $1500. After all would be said and done, they wanted $533 hour for this job and their labor rate was quoted at $375 an HOUR. Pretty sure I have paid surgeons less. As a project manager for a construction company, this is a ridiculous charge for labor. Good service, great tech. Not a price I am willing to pay, especially considering the tech probably makes $375 a DAY and the company keeps the rest.
**Update: The manager did call and want to hear my concerns later in the day and was very kind and responsive. He also refunded my $29. Great customer care and service.

I could not write a more positive review about Kaleb even if I tried! He truly was the most knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful person when it comes to HVAC and duct cleaning. He was BEYOND patient with my children while servicing my home and the most compassionate. He genuinely cares about his customers and did everything we needed done on my home PLUS some!! Apex Clean Air is the place you should go for any HVAC or duct cleaning needs. My house smells amazing, feels cleaner, and my mind is at ease knowing the problems were taken care of. We had the whole works done for $5600 (mildicide and sanitize spray, fancy filters, AC clean outs) because we have dogs and a cat and had just moved in to an old house that looked dirty. Austin Zgabay did a great job and was great at communicating with us and addressing our concerns and offering the best solutions to have clear air in our house. I love that he protected the wall corners from the big hose, I’ve never had someone do that before. He was really respectful and work a long hard day and was very friendly! Thank you guys! I would definitely recommend!

John was amazing ! He was so knowledgeable and thorough he explained everything he was doing, showed us pictures of before and after.
We just fell in love with John, he was so patient and helped us obtain a better filter for the furnace which can help me have cleaner as I have Asthma.
He even negotiated costs for !!! You never see that with anyone offering services. Oh I almost forgot he got us a senior citizen discount!!! Thank Apex we a are thrilled we chose you for servicing our vents and furnace :-)

This is my third time using Apex and I’ll use them again. Kaleb was knowledgeable and detailed. He tested some questionable residue in my system and came up with a plan to get it clean and safe. We had limited funds to do what needed to be done and Kaleb and the company owners worked with us to get as much done as possible within that budget. I appreciated the time and care Kaleb put into my system and vents. If you’re thinking you might need a cleaning, don’t wait, it’s super important that you’re breathing in clean air in your home.

I wanted to have my vents and ducts cleaned and Apex came up as one of the companies capable of performing the tasks. I spoke with the owner and he gave me such a great deal I also bought a Hospital grade air filtration system as well as put another clean air system in the upstairs furnace. Eric was such a great technician and he explained all of the ins and outs associated with the systems as he was doing the vent cleaning. He was super knowledgeable and explained things in such a way that provided all the information I needed to make on the spot decisions. In the future, I will definitely be using APEX again.

My clean repair tech John Jameson was so nice and knowledgeable. I learned a ton today about my HVAC system and am very happy I tried out this Groupon. I am going to save up for the air sanitizer in the future since it is portable. I felt I asked a lot of questions. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He took plenty of pictures that I will be showing the leasing office to ensure they understand the importance of keeping their tenants safe.
I felt bad he had to walk so far with his equipment in my secure access building, but he educated me on the importance of what a difference optimal clean air quality makes for people. I wish I'd done this sooner. I want to learn everything there is to know about microparticles and all the things that make people sick. What a wonderful company and business model. Thank you x ♾️

The service representative was the most efficient, courteous and polite gentleman I have ever had in my home. When he finished his work, the house didn't even look like anything was done! It was so clean and everything was put back in place! I highly recommend this company to all!! They do a awesome job with extremely fair prices!

We had a great experience with John from Apex Clean Air. We had lived in our home for 5.5 years and hadn't had the air vents cleaned out yet. Looks like they may have never been cleaned out in the 26 years since the home was built.

John took before and after pictures and showed us so we could see what a difference it was making. Holy cow! Our ducts and vents were filthy.

Not only are our vents much, much cleaner now, but John was very friendly and professional. We didn't even mind how loud the vacuum was (mostly. It was very loud) because the service was excellent.

We used a coupon that came in the mail to lower the price and we were extremely happy with the price and the outcome.

Our home is a little have 2000 sq ft and we don't have pets.

The whole process was pleasant from calling in and setting up appointments and being notified when the techs would arrive.Caleb and Chris did at great job explaining what needed to be done . They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They worked very efficiently and were polite. Overall experience was pleasant.

My first impression was excellent. Both men were cleanly dressed, clean cut with no facial hair, fit looking, clean shoes and a clean truck! They were noticeably kind and respectful in their conversations. They explained everything clearly, didn't rush the job and informed me of additional help they could give. In addition to having my vents and returns cleaned, they sanitized everything and in addition, they cleaned my heater/fan in the bathroom. I am a very satisfied customer.

Isaac came to our home to inspect and clean our ductwork, which honestly had not been serviced in over 40 years. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.
