Great experience! Really easy to schedule. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly.
Aiden performed the cleaning. He was on time and did a fantastic job! He was super knowledgeable and helpful.

Denver... I had a coupon for $49 to clean my vents. The tech quoted me $1,999 to clean and sanitize vents. I told the tech that was way too much and I was quote the $49 and then $15 per vent over 10 and $30 for the second air return. The tech was very pushy and said he had to call the manager to cut me a deal. He kept saying I could make payments. I finally said I was prepared to pay for cleaning of the vents. My house is small and I was charged $299.00. He did not take the coupon just said that is the flat rate his manager approved. The tech when finished lied on the questionnaire that HE filled out saying that he wore shoe covers, he said he walked me through the home to show me what he did and he left the house the way it was.. all of this was false. HE also checked the box that he explained what he was going to do for $299, he did not explain anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is no integrity or transparency or honesty. In my opinion they prey on vulnerable older adults. He very pushy no matter what I seemed to say. I feel I was totally pressured and scammed.

Eric and Kaleb came to do a vent cleaning. They did such a great job in explaining everything they were doing and what needed to be done to help our home. In the process of cleaning they found other problems and made sure to explain the solutions to those problems. They never made us feel bad about how dusty our vents were. They worked to get us the lowest price for the things that we were not prepared to pay for. Definitely recommend them.

Tanyon, Dylan, Denetryx, and team did an amazing job start to finish. We got a dual head mini split installed in our mother in law apartment. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and left our place cleaner than they started. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Our technician was very professional. I think he did a great job.We were sold on additional work beyond what we initially agreed to, but it was work that really needed to be done. I think it was a good investment.

My only complaint is that I don't think they cleaned my dryer vent, even though I was told that was includes in the price i initially agreed to.

Edit to update: Apex sent a technician to clean our dryer vent after this review. The work was done quickly and I was not charged extra for it.

Kayden did a great job. He explained exactly what he was doing and showed pictures with explanations as he completed project areas. There was a bit of a hard up-sell for additional items but after his presentation, and we declined additional items, he didn't push. I reviewed some of the vents after to clean the registers and they looked great.

TLDR: This is now the second time we’ve used Apex, and I’m not sure why we’d ever choose anyone else.

The first time they came just to clean the vents of the apartment we rented, they did such a great job at an affordable price that when we purchased our house we dug through our email to find the invoice so we could call the same company again.

Cameron came out (right on time, professional, friendly) the same day I called. He was knowledgeable, helpful with my many questions & lack of knowledge, overall made it easy for me to make an informed choice about what we wanted done. After cleaning & sanitizing the entire system he walked us through each step of the whole system, making sure to share all of what we should know as new homeowners about our home & how to properly care for it. He was fully transparent about prices for everything, and honestly I was shocked how much was done for the price we paid.

On a more personal note, I just want to add that as a woman I felt completely safe with Cameron in my home. For some this may seem trivial, for me it is beyond comforting to know the people coming into my home are kind & genuine & safe.

Finally, after just a few hours I noticed a significant difference in the quality of our home’s air. It literally smells different, feels different, and makes me so much more comfortable & excited to be moving into our new home.

Can’t even rank /10. Thank you guys so much!!

We had a wonderful experience with Apex Clean Air. Eric was incredibly professional and conscientious while working in our home. He took great care to protect our space, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done thoroughly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who is both detail-oriented and genuinely respectful of your home—Eric was both!
Our air feels noticeably fresher, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Apex Clean Air and will definitely be using them again in the future.

**UPDATED REVIEW 02/24/26** - The company owner Mike reached out to me and my husband to discuss our experience and we TRULY APPRECIATE him taking the time out of his busy schedule to follow-up with us multiple times over the course of a week to ensure the experience we had was not the standard for Apex and he made sure that all of our issues and concerns were handled immediately so that in his words "we as the customer were made to feel whole." It's rare these days to see company owners reach out to customers and actually listen to the issues and do everything on their end to make things right for the customer. This experience has definitely changed my opinion of Apex which is why I am happy to change my initial 2-star review into a 5-star review and given the extensive customer service shown, would happily recommend them, and will certainly use them in the future.

Was not happy with the half hour sales presentation…that was a total waste of time and would have appreciated a heads up on that. I just wanted my air ducts cleaned. Speaking of cleaning, it made absolutely NO SENSE to hire professionals to come out to my house to clean the air ducts and leave the return vents completely dirty. I was definitely NOT HAPPY about that. What’s the point in paying all that money to have the air vents cleaned and the tech leave the return vents completely dirty and dusty. I won’t be reaching back out to your company as a returning customer.

Apex did a great job cleaning our filthy furnace coils, which is good. But what I really appreciate about them is their commitment to make things right. After the initial cleaning I was concerned about the techs intention with trying to sell/install an expensive part for my furnace. Apex took the concern seriously and did more than what was necessary to make things right. Their leadership is dedicated to providing good care and their techs are skilled and very enthusiastic about clean air.

We had a great experience with Eric M. He arrived on time. Explained what he would be doing for us. Took pictures of our ducts before and after the cleaning He showed us the pictures. BIG DIFFERENCE. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Thank you Eric.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the work today. Our technician Skyler was amazing! He was super friendly and very informative throughout the process. He was very thorough throughout the entire process making sure everything was as clean as possible. He also gave us some other options to think about as well but wasn’t pushy about it. With Christmas next month we had to hold off on a system to add to the furnace that would help keep our air cleaner. He was understanding and left it at that. We appreciate Skyler and Eloy for everything today! 100/10 recommend Apex! We look forward to having them back!

Carson Thompson was on time. He was professional in every aspect. He explained everything he was doing clearly. He was thorough in the job he did. I intended to only have the air ducts cleaned. He inspected the furnace and showed me where there was build up of drywall dust. He told me what he could do to clean it all out. He explained the price beforehand. He took the furnace apart, cleaned it well and put it all back together. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He was a very polite young man. Keyton was the absolute man! Came in and let us know about mold growth in the ducts and asbestos tape all over. We just moved into the home and had no clue. He safely was able to take care of the asbestos tape and clean the ducts and install a whole home air purifier and even cleaned our dryer vent too. He was super kind and not pushy whatsoever and we trusted him 100%. If we ever need any kind of work done in the future we will absolutely be calling Keyton and apex. They were outstanding!

I needed my duct work cleaned and did a simple Google search to find some options. I decided on Apex because of the reviews and booked an appointment. The technician came out and spent time inspecting my home and both furnaces. He did a great job explaining how my system works and gave me some options to upgrade. With past companies, I've had techs rushing in and rushing out to the next clean. These guys spent plenty of time making sure everything was cleaned correctly. I highly recommend.

I had Steven come out and check out a job for a client. He came in and made the homeowners feel comfortable and informed with what they needed to make their house more efficient and comfortable during the harsher months of the year. They were always responsive and the communication was on point! We couldn't be happier!!!

WOW! They're techs Kaleb W and Eric M are so friendly and HONEST. Eric noticed that our vents were actually still clear of dust and debris since they came 3 years ago so they do a really good job when they clean. We signed up for a deal where we got vents and returns cleaned for a discount, it was a pretty standard appointment but Kaleb found signs of microbial growth in some tubes. Kaleb then checked our HVAC unit and found bigger problems. The humidifer was faulty and the pad had started growing scary looking white fungus that when they swabbed came back at a stage 4 fail. Meaning whatever was growing in there was dangerous. I am so glad Kaleb and Eric were as thorough as they were. A routine clean became a life saving catch. Mike the owner was so kind and helpful with getting us taken care of and make sure we weren't over spending. Apex gained a forever customer!

I had a great experience with my recent HVAC service, and I especially want to highlight the technician, Kaleb. He came out on his day off and the job ended up being bigger than we both anticipated, but he saw it through until the end. He was extremely knowledgeable, worked hard the entire time, and took the time to explain what he was doing in a way that actually made sense. On top of that, he was very personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I’d definitely recommend Apex and would be happy to have Kaleb back for any future HVAC needs.

Zack and Micah did an excellent job cleaning our vents! Apex was affordable, had excellent communication and reasonable pricing. We have a 4100 sf home built in 2003 and to our knowledge it’s never been cleaned- with two units and many vents- the cleaning portion of our job was is the $660 range and worth every penny. I used to dust and turn around and need to dust again, we had our vents cleaned on a Friday and after dusting I barely needed to do a touch up 8 days later. Thankful for their excellent service! Highly recommend 👍

I don’t even know where to begin! Kaleb arrived at our home for a duct cleaning that we scheduled. I just moved into this home in June and ever since that, I’ve been having horrible issues with breathing/asthma/runny/stuffy nose. He found our vents to have microbial growth and tested it to confirm it was a level 4, which is the worst. He sat me and my partner down to discuss options. He was extremely detailed and explained everything without telling us what to do but was there to educate us on the perfect form of action to get rid of this problem. Throughout his visit, he was kind, funny, smart and just honestly felt like we were hanging out with a good friend or family member lol he arrived around 1pm and left around 630pm. He had a coworker, Eric come help him as this was a huge job and Eric was super kind and professional. By the time they left, the air felt crisp, clean & I could tell an instant difference! We are so thankful to this company and this amazing team. Also, Kaleb called his boss and we FaceTimed him and he gave us a huge discount. Thank you guys so much

Isaac could not have been more professional. He spent time answering every question and gave thorough information. He helped move furniture that we'd struggled with. Then he Really cleaned our system. On top of that he was courteous, kind and respectful. We didnt want him to leave and even offered him lunch. Thank-you for sending him to our home.
