Had a amazing experience working with Kelly's HVAC! As many others have stated, the "J Team" was amazing! Our sales rep Jay was very knowledgeable and thorough. He walked us thru the various options and provided us with quotes immediately. No pressure, no hype! We went with a high efficiency furnace and variable speed high efficiency AC. The installers, father and son team Jay and J.J. we're courteous, clean and efficient! Jay did a great job running the required tubing thru existing duct tunnels. Not the easiest route but the most efficient and concealed. J.J. handled the equipment install quickly and professionally. They answered our questions and explained the new systems. It was an excellent job from start to finish and we would definitely recommend Kelly's HVAC to anyone needing work.

We have used Kelly’s for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They installed a Daikin system for us last year and the temperature balance and cost savings were better than promised. Jay and JJ did both our installations and were outstanding, especially in our older home that required re-structuring the duct work. Very professional, thorough and great to work with in our home.

I really appreciated Kelly. I felt like they were honest and upfront with everything. They were fast. They kept my house clean. They did a great job!

We just had a new furnace and AC installed. The installation team (Jay and JJ) were wonderful! They covered the floors and worked with care. They were super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and kept us informed every step of the way. The install was quick and we’re so happy to have a functioning air conditioner again. I would absolutely recommend Kelly’s Heating and Cooling!!

The “J team” (Jay, Jay and JJ) all came to help us replace our furnace and AC. They spent the time, explained things thoroughly, and answered questions. We felt no pressure or obligation to buy. We had other comparable bids from other companies, but we chose Kelly’s because they offered the best warranty and maintenance options. They worked hard for two days and were even helpful with little “side tasks”. They were very patient with unexpected problems that came up and they solved them. They were great at getting our super old and out of date system up to code.
We will update this review if anything changes but so far we would highly recommend them!

Great deal on a top of the line Daikin HVAC system for our home. From the quotation and in home analysis all the way through installation the team were great communicators and I feel very comfortable with the knowledge they left me with.

The install went well, the guys cleaned up everything and we now have a more modern high efficiency system for our home.

The service that was received was top notch!! They came out the next day and decided what was needed and the next day it was installed by a very amazing father and son! They showed up early and replaced the furnace and air conditioner. Love this company💕

The Commercial Employee named Tony did a awesome job on our AC and it started blowing really good and cold, our temperatures went to 73 by midnight and we are very happy. This employee did outstanding work and was very professional.

Bronte was the tech that came to my house and fixed the thermostat and furnace.....it was not firing up when turned on. Bronte was an absolute professional and very friendly and he was able to get hte furnace running again. I highly recommend using FSM services!!

John at First Service Mechanical is the best. He is timely, responsive, does excellent work, takes time to explain the details, and does little extra things that only he would think of. He recently saved us big bucks by recommending a repair instead of replacement that had been suggested by another company. I couldn’t be happier with John’s very professional work and interaction.
