First Service did an excellent job helping us with my parent's AC unit when it started making loud buzzing noises. Bronte was able to give us a quote the same afternoon he came out and get working on the system. He was very pleasant to work with and easy on the eyes. Thank you FSM!

FSM did a great job removing a leaking water coil from an old boiler system at our church and replacing with a split gas/freon HVAC system. On time and diligent workers, very good communication throughout the project. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with this HVAC company! They were quick to respond, honest about what needed to be done, and their prices were very fair. David was awesome—professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend both the company and David for any heating or cooling needs!

Trevor did a good job with cleaning out the vents and returns. The biggest thing I would say is that the lack of upfront pricing is definitely concerning. I contacted them about the 49$ promo code, which included 10 vents and 1 return. They use this to get in the door.

When Trevor went through everything, Apex wanted to charge 1,000s of dollars for cleaning the blower fan, the coils, the extra vents, the mainline, and he did some swab that said there was "living" stuff in the dust and offered $500 in treatments. Oh, and to top it off, they "offered" to install a UV light in the system.

I just ended up doing my 9 vents and 3 returns (30$/extra return) for 109$. Trevor gets 5 stars for the work he did. Apex gets 2 for being extremely misleading. So 3.5 star average.

***EDIT/UPDATE: I was contacted by Tyler at Apex, who wanted to make it right. Ultimately, a service tech (Frank), came back out, free of charge, to finish the cleaning of the mains (1 for vent, 1 for return). Other than the miscommunication on the cost, the actual quality of the service was good.***

Their customer service is top notch and their pricing is comparable to other companies who are less reputable and reliable.

We’ve had several techs come to our house through Apex and they have all been great too. This company is clearly highly focused on customer service and it shows.

Eric & Kaleb came over to our home and completed a full dignosis on our air system. We found things out we didn't even know. It was educational and explained alot about my allergy and asthmatic symptoms during the spring time. These guys are smart and did a great job of explaining everything to us. Highly recommend these guys anytime you need your homes air system looked at. They fixed alot of the problems we were experiencing and gave our home the upgrade it's been needing for the last five years.

Kaleb was great at explaining everything and all of our options. He was efficient at duct cleaning and sanitizing. Our furnace was already running smoother before he left. He also was willing to talk to his bosses to try and get some discounts for us when unexpected issues were found with our system. I would call them again for future services or unexpected issues.

It’s my first time using this company and so far they have been great to work with. Scheduling was easy and they were very accommodating with having technician come out a few days later because of my time constraints the first day. Isaac was awesome to work with and was very knowledgeable about the job and products company offers. He was not pushy with sales but let me know my options and truly seemed to have my best interest in mind. He did a great job cleaning all of my vents and furnace! I’ll definitely be calling Apex back then needed.
