I have an extensive Boiler, HV/AC and Humidifier system. These folks have maintained it for about 7 years and done an excellent job. I always use Will as he knows these systems inside and out....

These guys underpay their HVAC talent especially because this company only works high end homes new construction & retrofit and are very good at what they do....and they been around for a very long time.....it's also a great place to work. ..just need to respect the hvac trade more and pay what they worth especially if doing places up in P.C. with 55 million dollar building budgets...

I like the quick responses from the office staff or the techs, always on time and good to communicate with. Beneficial that they can work on forced air, radiant heat, water heaters, driveway heaters, humidifiers, all general plumbing, A/C, especially helpful while I own a small property management company and always seem to need them and they try had to fit me/my clients in asap.

I take care of 50 different properties, and talk to Harris Dudley on a daily basis. There team is knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and fair. They are response and friendly. I trust them, and value their opinion on projects big and small. Thank you for all that you do!

Hats off to Dajun and Jeff who recently installed a gas line in my home to accommodate our new gas range. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that these to me exhibited. It is service such as this that makes this company great!

Honestly have never run into a company like this. They rebuilt my boiler last year and it almost made it through the entire winter. They were unable to get it running right from day one. I was talked into unnecessary parts and modifications; i.e. electronic feed counter, larger gas meter, and venting.

When I called back today to have them do warranty work on a leaking section, I was told they are no longer insured to perform the work. Now I am stuck once again holding a bag of goods from Harris Dudley plumbing.

Bob Dudley came out and assessed our situation, which was a cracked celing pipe from a boiler heating pipe which had flooded the master bedroom. He sent two of his very knowledgeable men who spent 8 3/4 hours fixing the whole boiler situation: the cracked pipe, bleeding the lines and everything needed to get the boiler up and running correctly. I had been told by another boiler repair company that one of the pumps and relay were not functioning and would need to be replaced. Actually, neither were bad, the whole system just needed to be filled and bled. If we had gone with the other company I'm afraid to think of how many things they would have replaced when they weren't even bad, and STILL not gotten the boiler working properly. I'm so glad these guys were able and knowledgeable enough about these VERY old boilers to get it working well. Thanks!!

A little more than a year ago we started having problems with 10 year old equipment that this company installed. Starting at that time a technician came on several occasions to resolve the problem and each visit made a few changes and installed equipment and replacement parts, all all top of the market rates. Although the technician assured us that the work would fix the problem, it persisted, and the technician returned time after time costing as more time and money as he struggled to diagnose and fix the problem. As we continue to have problems, today a different tech came and told us that the entire system is beyond repair and that we need to replace
the entire system. It would be too costly to repair and because of problems they no longer sells this brand of system. I hoped that the owner of the company would understand that the fact that they sold me inferior equipment and failed to support it well would lead to him proposing a fair solution to this situation, but the owner was dismissive, defensive and unhelpful in resolving the issue. After this terrible experience I will never do business with Harris and Dudley again in my home or businesses.

We have been using Harris -Dudley for a number of years to keep our heating system in top shape. They have always been responsive and skilled & very pleasant. My wife & I recommend them very highly.

Answered the phone late in the day on the evening of a holiday and we were able to schedule installation of a dishwasher the day after holiday. Plumber was very friendly, efficient and did a great job. We'll definitely use this company again!

We have now owned 3 houses in multiple states and finally feel like we've found a plumbing and HVAC company that we trust, does a thorough and high quality job, and actually listens to us and communicates well. What a relief! It's far too rare and we're relieved that our home is in good hands. Highly recommend!

Started using Harris Dudley about a year ago. Two prior service providers no longer service both radiant heat and forced air. One of them merged with another and service dropped noticeably. Harris Dudley services both types of heat. They have been able to schedule appointments within a pretty tight window. They can send out a service rep who can do both types of heat, so I only need one service call. They arrive on time. They seem to know what they are doing. They are considerate and careful when they arrive. Their prices are about the same as those of other large providers.

We are relatively new to Utah, and after having tried several plumbers, we discovered Harris-Dudley. We had problems with our hot water boiler, and it was replaced by Will. When we changed our swimming pool over to salt water, no one told us we would need a titanium heat exchanger and Will led the effort to put in a new heat exchanger.
I was most pleased with everyone that worked on our projects, the communication with Will, and others. Harris-Dudley was attentive to our needs. I would give the company a high recommendation and would most definitely use them again.

Great experience! The tech Dajun called ahead of time, showed up on time, wore a mask the whole time, (thank you!) Measured everything twice and ran the propane pipe out of the house right on the mark, cleaned the debris, and did it in good time. I would highly recommend The Harris-Dudley Co. to anyone who wants professional service.

I Love Harris-Dudley Company. I wish I had found them years earlier. It is easy to make an appointment, they keep to their schedule, their services are efficient and fairly priced, . I especially like Will Franssen as my technician. He is so able, informative and considerate. They leave with the job well done and no mess. Truly a 5 star company.

Harris Dudley is ethical, honest, dependable and hard working. They will come out on national holidays and work hard. We replaced a humidifier, whole house furnace and will probably be updating air conditioning with them. We had a run of poor luck before finding them so I cannot say enough about the work ethic and honesty of their employees. A great find- especially in Park City where that can be a challenge!

One of the best contractors I've dealt with in SLC. They take care of yearly service on my AC and heating system as well as my instant hot water heater. Service has always been by the same technician who knows my system and gives helpful advice. Always on time, courteous and clean. Office staff is wonderful at reminding me of appointments and scheduling yearly maintenance so that I don't have to think about it. Couldn't be happier.

Harris-Dudley's worked on our plumbing at our house and place of business for decades and they've always done an excellent job. Harris-Dudley is always thorough, reliable, and careful. They make sure not to damage the floor or any other part of the house. The plumbers are polite and knowledgable.

Harris Dudley is always prompt and if we have an emergency they always work us into our schedule. One year we had a really cold winter and the pipes froze and burst in the eaves of our house. Harris-Dudley came to help us immediately and went into a very small crawl space to fix the problem. They've also come to fix water main leaks that would have cost us thousands of dollars in damage if they hadn't been fixed immediately.

Our water heater sprung a leak and were grateful we were home because the floor drain was clogged and we would have had a disaster if we were out of town. My son-in-law recommended Harris-Dudley and we contacted them immediately. The lady who I called for help, and I'm sorry I can't remember her name, was outstanding in being able to secure
installers to come the next day for a replacement. I observed their workmanship and it was also outstanding compared with the unit that was replaced. I would highly recommend them if you want it done right the first time.

when we had a problem with no/low water pressure at our home, we called Harris-Dudley because of their good reviews. We’re so glad we did because our problem was diagnosed and resolved by Nathan, who was so thorough as he worked - explaining what was wrong, what he would do to fix it, and what we’d need to be aware of with our current plumbing system. In our case, we had a bad water pressure regulator. Nathan was great, and I feel like not only did he provide a great service, but I felt we got a good value too. Harris Dudley is extremely responsive and we have always used them for our heating, air, and plumbing needs. Their technicians always communicate the situation on our repair need and advise us on their recommendations before they do the work so I always know what I am paying for and why. They do excellent work, we highly recommend them!
