This company was highly recommended by a retired plumber we know. They have a reputation for doing a good job and charging a fair price. Clearly, they lived up to their reputation.

We had a leak develop on the main 2" water line into our business. You would need a special tool to fix the leak quickly. They obviously had the tool and knowledge. The leak was fixed quickly and at a fair price.

We plan on using them again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.

My mom's heating system went on the fritz last weekend. A defective valve had to be replaced. The team at Harris Dudley stepped up and resolved the problem efficiently and swiftly. Great job !

Mike is great to work with. I've had nothing but positive experiences with him and his team at reasonable prices. They recently installed two new radiators and helped problem solve issues that arose while retrofitting pipping on a house from 1909.

We had to get our old leaking radiant heat system disconnected. Not a lot of companies do radiant heat around here, so it was hard to find anyone at all. I got a bid from another company in Utah County for substantially more and involved repiping my entire basement. Harris Dudley's s was less than half of the other bid and they were able to do the work entirely within the utility closet. When he came out and did the bid, he was knowledgeable, and thorough. When the technician came, he was also incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. When he came to one part of the job, he asked me what kind of piping I wanted done and we talked through the pros and cons of each, so I could make an educated decision based on how the valves would work, price, etc.
I plan on having them come out and replacing my water heater in a year or two.
11/10 would recommend.

We had a very challenging boiler and piping replacement in a 100-year-old house with a hot-water radiant heating system. Harris-Dudley worked skillfully within the constraints of the house’s design and limited access points while preserving the historic integrity of the interior radiant heating system, meeting ventilation requirements, and bringing everything fully up to current code and safety standards.

We also relied on Harris-Dudley for all of the plumbing during the extensive restoration of the house, which was no small task. Their professionalism, technical expertise, and reliability were outstanding throughout the entire project.

Great place to get everything I need for liners. Ty always helps me with finding what I need and getting me lined up with parts. Definitely the best plumbing store in SLC.

Just went in to buy a inline water filter for my sink to replace the one I bought here 11 years ago. Sales people seemed like I was interrupting them and pointed me into the direction where they should be. When I came back to talk to them about it no one would help me. Don't waste your time.

Ty at Standard plumbing has been awesome the past 3 years.. all the times I've been going in there hes always willing to help with anything he can even on things hes not sure of he will make ur issue his issue and help find a solution.. There is a reason why me as a plumber I will drive an extra hour to go to this store versus any other store … good job ty keep up the good work can't wait to see you next time... (Damon T)

If you are unfortunate enough to come to this store when George or Russ are not here come back another time these guys went above and beyond to help me out about an old shower valve and gave me advice on the easiest course of action this location is 25 mins away from my house and I was just in the area but this is my new go to store

Let me say as a guy who's done plumbing for the last 7 years I was really skeptical when I heard that standard and true value were merging.... Well that has all been put to rest! It's awesome being able to get all the stuff I need in one stop! Plumbers hate change for whatever reason but this one has been very convenient for me.

All standard locations are good but this one is excellent! Ty and Jesse are both great counter guys and know their stuff. You won’t go wrong coming to this store

This standard is one of the most useful supply houses in the valley for beehive plumbing service. Gaylen, Tyler and crew have been all been very helpful in finding and sourcing obscure parts and equipment. Would recommend!

Would definitely not recommend this place - especially if you have questions. I was literally the only customer in there and had to wait for over 5 minutes for someone to help me. I guess stocking inventory is more important.

When I finally got someone to help, they seemed totally disinterested. I went to Lowes instead and had someone answer my question in a matter of minutes.

Ty was super knowledgeable, and quick when I needed to track down a few miscellaneous parts for a water heater instal today! Highly recommend looking for him on the counter at this location

I love this store and how it is conveniently located right off I -15, sometimes it can get busy but I always go to Tyler Butler whenever he is available. He is super helpful and on the ball!
