Wow ! This guy is rare.

We’ve been acquainted with Jeremy for four years. Recently he came out to check the AC unit, which turned out to be fine. It was the furnace, 30 years old, that needed work. In short order, he had the system in better shape than ever, charging us only his standard fee for the visit.

We live in Draper and pay Jeremy extra (though he does not raise the issue) for his drive from Tooele. We do this as small thanks for his skill and integrity, things that seem ever more precious in this day. We are glad to know him.

Jeremy was very responsive to my inquiries. Fair pricing and got our new system installed within a very reasonable time. He and his guys didn’t leave any mess, verified everything was working well before they left and they took care of everything with professionalism. They didn’t even seem bothered by my jerk of a dog who kept barking at them. I’d definitely refer anyone who needs a new HVAC system to Ace.

Jeremy was super friendly professional, and caught the job done quickly! He had the part we needed and we were up and running in no time. I would recommend this place to anybody. If we have a problem again, we will definitely be calling them.

Jeremy saved us a significant amount of money on the installation of our furnace and central air. Very thankful I canceled the original installer. They were helpful and nice, but Jeremy was as well. 30% less and got us taken care of fast(same day) and in a professional manner.

Jeremy was immediately on top of diagnosing the issue and even had the replacement part we needed. Super friendly, very professional and got the job done in less than 2 hours. Was willing to answer any questions and gave us good tips and advice on maintaining our AC.

Jeremy and Rodrigo came and were great. We paid exactly what we were quoted. We spoke over messenger which I love. All messages were prompt. They made sure everything was cleaned. Rodrigo swept multiple times to make sure to leave no mess. They put on a new flew (not sure that’s how it’s spelled.) They were super nice to my kiddos. They made sure we had a new Thermostat. Their warrant is outstanding! Lastly They were the best price out there after I called around.

Our furnace bit the dust so we called a "big name" furnace repair company. After getting the technician's assessment and recommendation that we needed a new furnace, we called Jeremy. He saved us over $3k dollars on our new furnace and got it installed within three days of our call to him. He's knowledgeable, honest, conscientious and courteous. We highly recommend Ace Heating and Air to anyone needing a new air conditioning unit or furnace. Five stars for Jeremy and the service he provided to us!

Show up for an hour in the morning and sit in the truck and then left.Come back in the afternoon, and talked on his phone 3 hours and not getting things done.
