The techs that came to my home to save me and my children from the freezing weather were so professional. You never know how important HVAC is until you have to deal with it. I called all over the valley for compressor replacement on my AC but all I got was sales pitch for a new AC system. I finally called Harris Air Systems and they ordered the compressor called me when it was picked-up and ready for install, no questions or sales pitch, Nick came in very professional and wouldn't even take a tip. That's integrity and quality!

I had an issue with my furnace. And Nick help me figure it out, he did something that I know not a lot of service providers would ever do. I would recommend this company. The service they provided to me really showed me that their focus is a relationship with the community rather than capital gains. Thank you

I strongly recommend this company, I have was calling around and after talking to Josh he made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything had problems and didn’t make me feel stupid for any questions I had and the best part he responded fast he was at my house and had the job done ac back on in under a hour. Brian took great care of us yesterday. Got our system up and running in minutes. Harris Air is great.

We had been having some issues with our ac and furnace for some time. The staff at Harris were very helpful and quick to come get us a quote after things finally broke down. Karli was very helpful in getting everything scheduled and coordinated, and was patient with my many questions. They ultimately had to replace my ac and furnace, and I was very pleased with the installation done by Alec and his partner, as well as the work done by Matty. The price was reasonable, and the job took over an hour less than they originally told me. Most importantly everything has been running great since. Will definitely use them again

I shorted out the 3 amp fuse on my control panel. It was 92 degrees in my house I called Harris Air and spoke to Nick who literally told me what was wrong. I was able to go buy a fuse and swap it out with Nick's guidance. Hard to find people like that these days. I highly recommend Harris Air Systems. Thanks again Nick

Do not, DO NOT use these guys!! They have no idea what they are doing! Very long story short, installed the wrong part, 2 no call no show, without air conditioning for 4 weeks because they installed the wrong part. I called them back about 3 weeks later after it was suppose to be completely fixed my AC couldn’t keep up all of a sudden. It was 2-3 degree difference than what I had it set to. I called them to take a look. They came over and told us we needed to change the filter every 4 weeks.
I just didn’t trust that answer and I’m glad I didn’t!!

I got a second opinion, we found out the AC motor is going out which is why it can’t keep up. Trust me!! Don’t call these guys!!

TLDR; Harris Air is the absolute best and I will use them for ALL future service needs. I have absolute trust in them and appreciate them going above and beyond for me!

The AC in my house went out in June. I have a home warranty and the warranty company asked me to find an HVAC company to work with. I had heard good things about Harris Air so I gave them a call.

They sent Thad out to do the diagnosis on my AC. He found a faulty capacitor and changed that but the AC still wasn't working. He found a couple of other issues and at that point, the only logical choice was a complete replacement. We got prices from Thad on the replacement and, honestly, their prices were great.

The warranty company reviewed the notes from Thad and Nick (the manager who stepped in to help with the warranty claim) and approved the replacement. Once we received the approval from the warranty company, Thad was at our door at 8:00 the next morning and got the new AC installed.

Seriously, I have never had a better service experience in my life. I will absolutely call them for any and all service needs.

I had one of thier technicians come out to do an $89.00 tune up on my furnace. By the time he was done, he had me convinced that my heat exchange manifold was cracked and my furnace was spreading carbon monoxide throughout my house. He had me convinced that I needed to replace my furnace. Thier salesman came out and befor I knew it, I was buying an $18,000. Unit. Instead I opted to get a second opinion and found out that my manifold was not cracked and my furnace did NOT need replacing. Be ware of manipulative hard sales tactics.

Fantastic people! From the owner down the line these are fantastic experts that care about you and want to get you taken care of. Very honest as well, they shared we didn't need to spend on a unit as much as we were thinking. Good honest people. They were very thorough and great to work with! 12/10 recommend!!
