Could not of been happier with the customer service I received from Jeremy. Although my service was just for routine maintenance, Jeremy made me feel extremely comfortable going into the winter months knowing my heating system would perform above standards. Quality service and great prices! He even shared some energy saving tips!! Love this company and will continue to do business with them.

Jeremy does excellent work! He installed an AC unit at my house this year. He bid the job several thousand less than the other companies. He made sure I understood what my house needed and how he was going to do it. He was on time and got the job done quickly. Awesome job!

Jeremy was so helpful in spending time troubleshooting a furnace issue with me. He didn’t have to but he responded as I needed his help over text and on the weekend no less. He knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone.

They responded quickly to my call and worked me in to their busy schedule in the dead of winter to diagnose the horrible noise coming from my very old Lenox furnace that has run well for 40 years. Jeremy is friendly and easy to work with. He listened carefully to my concerns and answered my many many questions. I never felt he was pressuring me or just trying to sell me a new furnace. My finances were tight and he worked hard to buy me some time by trying several things to fix the problem. He really understood my concerns and went the extra mile to help me. This was very important to me as I have had many a spiel from high pressure companies just out to make a buck not willing to try to repair appliances. Finding someone like Jeremy was like hitting the Jackpot. Not only is he Dependable and Knowledgeable, but he is Skilled and Hardworking. His Integrity and Honesty are rare traits these days and he is great at what he does.
When there was no more that could be done we agreed it was time to replace my furnace and Jeremy went the extra mile to make sure things were done well. I feel lucky to have found such a good company to do business with. I Highly Reccommend Ace HVAC Heating and Air Conditioning. Thank You Jeremy!

So happy with this company, my air conditioner went out, thought it would be a week and a half. (Hottest time of the year) They fit me in, and was very nice, explained everything to me, and a great price! Jeremy was awesome, so nice, and did really great work. Can't say enough good things!

Imagine your central air breaking earlier this week. The blower motor making noises that it is on it's way out. It turns off more than it turns on. You know there's something wrong.

You're a DIYer and got some parts replaced, but you're just missing one more essential part of your recipe. I needed a capacitor for my central air and Jeremy was the man.

I was able to get a part from him and his pricing was very fair. He isn't chasing dollars and is more concerned about your AC working. That attitude is difficult to find.

You're a gem, Jeremy. Thank you. I super appreciate the fact that you cared more about getting my AC fixed, cuz you know I'm handy and you weren't about the service call bucks.

He couldn't quite make it out, because he was busy (shocking, I know. Dead of summer and all the HVAC guys are packed on their schedule). Still, he worked with me.

Jeremy is the Most Honest and experienced HVAC person I have ever done business with. His company ACE is top notch.

I really like this guy. He was quick and honest. We had no air conditioning all weekend long, owner came out and had us up and running in about 5 minutes. He was honest about the problem, and did not try to take advantage of our family. Can't say that with most contractors. ACE is my new go to with any problems. Thanks man!!!

I had the BEST service from this company. Jeremy Powell came and fixed a huge mess from the previous guy I hired. What the other guy couldn't finish in a year, Jeremy finished in one day, from tearing down the poorly done pipes, metal ducts and installing a new furnace and a/c system outside.
I appreciate his honest, hard work and amazing work ethics. I am 100% satisfied with his work, from his responsiveness, to financing and finding the best options for me. Can I just say again, BEST SERVICE!!!!!

Jeremy did a great job installing our new system when our old one went out. He was quick with the service and did everything properly.

Jeremy is awesome! He installed a gas line for me after purchase of my home. He was easy to work with very responsive and on time. He did an amazing job and also walked thru my question post installation. Highly recommend him to anyone needed work done not only on a professional level but a good sport and great human. Got all my questions answered pre, during and post work and had no problem with it and was kind. I would give him 10 stars ⭐️ but 5 is the limit. Thank you so much!!

Jeremy was great to work with. He quoted out a price to clean our coils and burner and after doing the work, he even dropped the price when invoicing. He was quick to get us a quote back and was able to work us into his schedule within a week. I would highly recommend Ace Heating and Air to friends and family in the Tooele area as he was dependable, professional, and will be working on any of our heating and A/C needs in the future.

I had a great experience with Ace. Jeremy is prompt, professional and took care of my furnace issue quickly. He even came out on a Saturday! I will definitely be calling Ace when I need more help. I highly recommend them!

He set expectations by saying that he might not fit us in today, and he gave a few referrals in case that was important to us.

He arrived slightly before he said he expected to be here.

He listened to me regarding the "symptoms" and actions that I had taken so far.

He found that the system worked after a quick fix as he started to do diagnosing troubleshooting.

He could tell that I was invested in what he was doing, so he spent a minute telling me what he planned for the next steps in diagnosing my specific system.

I wish I could give 6 stars. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I can’t say enough good things about Jeremy! Super nice guy! Very intelligent! He relocated our AC unit for us! He was prompt, quick and the work looks amazing! He was also $500 cheaper than the other quote we got! He came highly recommended from many people! He truly does a great job and doesn’t rip people off in the process.
He noticed our house has an AC unit that is too small for our house. (Like all the other hvac that have come out) he let us know but it wasn’t like a sales pitch he genuinely wanted us to know and understand our options.

Jeremy and his team were fantastic! I just purchased a home a couple of weeks ago and I needed to replace an old furnace and add AC to a house that only had a swamp cooler. My invoice is what I was quoted, no surprises. He even let me know about a rebate available on my old furnace. I had to leave the house before they were done - they got the job done, didn't leave any mess and made sure to lock up the house for me. Jeremy answers the phone when you call and responds to messages immediately. I would 100% recommend them to anyone out there looking for any HVAC needs.
