Loved HK services! He kept us updated on his arrival, and told us what needed to happen. Very professional, upfront and honest. He worked quickly and efficiently. He saved us from living in hell at the end of July!!!

I had two guys who works for heating and air conditioning companies come look at my unit. They quoted me their services for more than 3 grand each. One was 6 grand for a whole new system. Which was unnecessary I think. Heeth fixed this issue same day no more than two hours - not exaggerating. I’m not gonna promise the same thing for anyone else cus issues vary. The pricing was also great. That was my main concern with fixing this thing. Heeth made the problem seem simple while the others quoted me some bullcrap. So if you’re looking for a trustworthy guy for HVAC problems. HK services is the one to go.

I called Hk Services early in the day to have my A/C unit looked at, but with my work schedule I was not available during his time window. He was able to come over after I got home from work and fix the A/C unit. I will be using Hk Services from now on for all of my HVAC needs.

I contacted Wasatch Heating and Air on July 11 2015 because my A/C would not turn on. Wayne came out and got right to work. He found the issue and promptly repaired it. He went over the issue with me and I requested he do a periodic service check each spring. Wayne explained it to me in terms I could readily understand. I then requested that he repair the unit ASAP. He did so and my A/C was functioning in no time.

Had a problem with my condenser they set a tech out and he had it fix with in 30 minutes of arrival

Wayne and his right hand man Kurt have a combined expieriece of more than 80 years. If you buy a furnace from them you become family. They will do everything within reason to make sure you are taken care of. Quick fixes have been free. I had a problem that was a real bear. It was a combinaton of 3 problems all of which were contributing to unreliable operation. It was not free but was probably about one third of what it would have cost from others. I have done the samre thing in my business. I look at hard problems as part of the education process. Its really nice to be treated the way I have treated others. I have used others and these guys are the best

Wasatch Heating and Air installed our entire system into our new home. Could not ask for a better group of guys. When our building timeline delayed, they rescheduled with no problem. A very big bonus was that they did not leave a mess behind. Anyone going through new construction know how messy things can get. I would use them again!!! And have recommended them to my parents.

We came in because our fernices blower motor was out but we thought it was the capacitor. They tested the capacitor for free and even helped us out getting a new motor. They where less hassle and more affordable than going threw our home warranty.

Outstanding service!!! Highly recommended!! We were finishing our basement and needed all air vents and return air ducts ran. They came right out gave a free quote.
