Technicians could not solve the problem, went around “tightening screws on the switches” for 3 hours, and billed me $500. I solved it myself immediately after they left and asked the office for a refund.
I received $100 a MONTH later after calling four times. Terrible service. Technicians were polite and prompt though.

Blaine was prompt on arrival. He was able to explain to me what was wrong in terms I could understand. Very impressed on his communication and recommendations. Happy with orange electric's services.

I would give Kaleb a five-star review! He went above and beyond literally- He crawled in our nonexistent narrow attic. He checked every nook and cranny. He tested all the rooms- and checked all the electrical panels. He didn’t cause any damage to the home and was very kind and respectful! He was able to find the problem and fix it in less than an hour! Thank you for helping us keep our home fire safe!

Incredible experience! The owner (Blake) and his colleague came right on time! Had them investigate some outdoor lights and a sprinkler system/water pump that wasn't engaging automatically. They came out and got to work on diagnosing both. I'm happy to say that both issues appear to be fixed and were pretty complicated in nature (Water pump switch was replaced by a shop back in March and as a result, the water pressure setting wasn't set correctly so it refused to turn on per the sprinkler schedule as the pump thought there wasn't any water flow coming in. I have no idea how he figured it out, but he saved me the time and $$ of disconnecting the pump from the system, taking it back to the shop and then hooking it back up to probably have the same issue occur again unless it was determined that it was the lack of water pressure and the water pressure setting that was causing the issue). Both techs were incredibly professional, took the time to explain and troubleshoot the issue properly which ended up saving me $$s. Final bill was extremely reasonable! Will absolutely call again for future electrician needs. Highly recommend!

I have two sets of multi-switch junctions in my 1989-built condo. As Tony, my electrician told me, I'm a guy who knows just enough about wiring to be dangerous, because I knew these boxes were daisy chain wired, a practice not approved of today. I had the good sense to hire Orange so I could bring my switches up to code. When the job was done, Tony showed me one area that was a pretty dangerous fire hazard. *Whew*. Great service, and they actually arrived early and CALLED to tell me. I plan to use them when I update my 1989 bathroom with a tub that fits only people born before good nutrition was discovered. :)

I have been a general contractor for over 40 years in San Diego Ca. Building custom homes, apartment houses, Police Departments and fire departments along with many other remodels. I can tell at once if the contractors are good or going to be a problem. Orange Electric is an outstanding company!! If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and very friendly company, you can not find a better contractor than Orange Electric. He was on time, sent a message that he was within minutes from our home and was right on time. His experience in trouble shooting save me a great deal of time. He went out of his way to show me some tricks of the trade in case I ever wanted to do repairs around the house.
