I recently purchased the starter pack of the cleaning supplies made by Premium House Cleaning. They smell amazing, and best of all, they WORK. It's so satisfying to spray the cleaner and wipe my counters and mirrors and to see the dust and spots disappear! And the floor solution works wonders. I'm so happy that I discovered these cleaning products!

She did amazing! We are busy people and the time saved by her services made life easier. She took the time to ask questions, deep clean areas that needed more attention, and we love how clean everything was after she left!

I started with this cleaning service on the advice of my son and I couldn't be happier with the work they do! They've been very helpful and have always done what I've asked with no hesitation. I'm very grateful to them for coming and cleaning my house!

Called for a one time cleaning to prepare for company coming into town. She did such a great job. Everything is super clean and smells very nice, not like cleansers, but really nice. (She makes her own cleansers). She was able to get to us within a few days, and was ontime. And the estimate was exactly what she charged me. I’d seriously sign up for bi-weekly cleaning, but we’re teaching our kids to clean the house.

The girls were very nice and respectful of our items and ensuring they were okay to move into certain rooms (since we work at home) and wanted to ensure they weren’t disturbing our work. My feedback for improvement would be a) doing a more thorough job in the shower/tub areas to address crevices and cleaning around the corners and baseboards around the bathroom floor and b) one of the cleaners they used in one of my bathrooms had a very unpleasant smell, wish they had used the same cleaner throughout that smelled good. Could just be personal preference. The pricing was reasonable and I will use them again.

These ladies are work horses and are as sweet as can be! My home has never looked so clean! I super appreciate that they use non-toxic cleaning supplies. (I have a sensitivity to strong smells & chemicals) But even though they use more natural cleaners, my home smelled so fresh and clean after. I will absolutely have Des and her team come back!

I highly recommend Premium House Cleaning. I appreciated that they would give me a fixed quote, not just an hourly rate. The owner was friendly and very professional. She communicated clearly and was good to follow up with appointment reminders. I also like that they use eco-friendly cleaning supplies. The women who did the cleaning in my home did a thorough and excellent job.

This company is great, starting from your first phone call! I talked with Dez to schedule some cleaning services. She was friendly and very helpful and began to tell me the services they offer. I chose the bi-weekly cleaning service. The first time the Lady came toy house, they were on time and did a very thorough job cleaning my home. Best part of it all my dog loves these girls and is always happy when they come over.

The owner genuinely cares about those homes that they enter and it is clear by the quality of people that they have hired. Anna is my favorite and I have requested when we start the regular cleaning for her to be the one in
charge on our job. She is simply amazing charismatic, and is a mirror image of the owner. We had a restoration company that came in and did not take good care of protecting our home and all of our possessions. We could not even eat out of our kitchen. And this amazing cleaning company came in and made our kitchen. A place where we could safely eat again. And they also cleaned the other areas of our main floor And very quickly made it the cleanest level of our home. We are very grateful for this honest and amazing company..

Premium house cleaning did a wonderful job. They sent a team of 3 and they took their time cleaning everything. They were also so flexible and kind as we worked from home and we have dogs.

There were a few things they missed but once I pointed them out they immediately fixed them. CheyAnn was the first to arrive and did a wonderful job. She was timely and attentive. Anna was phenomenal, she checked in with us before leaving and the few things that were missed she made sure got fixed and that we were satisfied before she left. She paid very close attention to detail and double checked everything to make sure that it was cleaned as it should have been. The whole team was nice and did a great job but Anna definitely went the extra mile to make sure all the needs were met. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Desirae does such an amazing job for everything. She's passionate about "clean house-clean mind" & it really shows in how they go through the spaces they are hired to clean. Her team is thorough & meticulous & leaves every space a million times better than how they found it. We hired her team to clean my parents home after my mom had a major surgery & it truly helped make her recovery more peaceful & her focus on healing instead of maintaining her home. 10/10 always recommend premium-they make your life a cleaner place to live!
