Alex was the person who cleaned my rain gutters and down spouts. He did a great job. He advised me after taking a preliminary look at the work to be done. After he showed me pictures of the gutters he cleaned. Very pleased with Alex and the company. I would recommend this company.

Very impressed by the effort, professionalism and attention to detail of Pete's!
I've worked with a few services around the Valley and would and will happily work with this one again.

UPDATE: Renewal time came around and it is ridiculous! You are notified 24 hours or so in advance that your next appt has been scheduled, while being notified that if you want to cancel/reschedule you had to do that 36 hours in advance? REALLY? That and you are required to have a CC on file, so that you can be automatically charged, for an appt that they decide upon. Don't even ask about the "rain" warranty, so much hassle to prove to a company based here in SLC that it rained, just sad.
Leaving 2 stars as the guys actually washing the windows seemed like nice kids.

Great service, efficient, kind, answering questions without over pushing their own products. For future roof/window/gutter needs, We'll definitely use Petes!

Pete's offered a very refreshing change of approach and service level while we all suffer through the daily onslaught of summer solar, pest control sales bros and their never ending poor-taste tactics :)

Customer service is wonderful and the service technician was diligent and friendly. I am blanking on his name, but he was just about to ge married if you all know. In any case, I was so grateful for the extra attention in scheduling around an event we were hosting that I am giving 5 starts and would definitely recommend to others. Clean windows make everything better!! However,I must be honest, once everything dried, there was an unexpected amount of dirty water spots on some of our walls and window frames. I think either the water or towels, or both, used at our house needed a refresh. It smelled terrible during the service, which went away quickly, thankfully, but I did find myself wiping up after everything had dried. Not something I would have anyone back to correct, but definitely insist on clean rags and refreshed cleaning solution.

They’ve been awesome to work with. Driver got out in a timely manner to apply I’ve melt to the school parking lot.

Need to be more transparent about what your window cleaning services include. I have my windows at our office and home cleaned every 4 months and it always includes the window tracks. It also includes cleaning if the window screens. I’ve hired different window cleaning companies and it always includes those services. What is the point of a clean window with a dirty window track or screen? Kind of goofy.

We have used Pete’s Window Washing for our Christmas light install for the past 3 years. They have been great! Never any issues and they are quick to put them up and take them down. Ashton just installed our lights today and was very thorough, making sure everything looked amazing. We love our lights!

Alix was prompt and courteous. They took great care of my windows, pointed out issues to make sure I was aware and left the windows looking crystal clear and great! This is the thrid time I've had Pete's window washing work on my house and would recommend.

Zach was friendly and knowledgeable. My house is old and the windows have been horribly neglected but they now look better than I had even hoped they could (and he was able to help me with the screens too)! He saved me a whole lot of time and did a great job.

We own an historic home with a lot of panes of windows. Marcus and Lincoln did a great job cleaning each pane on the inside and outside and were very meticulous. Our windows look amazing, and we will definitely use Pete’s Window Washing again. Five stars!

Kaitlyn, their admin, was really friendly, helpful & responsive. And our tech, Eliza was punctual, friendly and really helpful. She did a great job. Some of my windows are 2 stories up and above a staircase, so it was really quite scary to watch her clean them. I had to look away lol. I will definitely use this company again!

We had a huge pigeon issue with our gutter full of their nest and droppings in them. I called Pete’s and Lincoln the tech came out, was super nice and professional Got the job knocked out for us in a timely manner. He did an amazing job for us I will def use Pete’s again!

Pete’s Window Washing was the only business that actually answered the phone and didn’t send me to voicemail when I called so that’s already impressive! They kept in good communication as to when the service provider would arrive, and he was very polite and friendly. He was able to remove some very stubborn bird waste and hard water off my windows and they all look great. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely use them again.

I would 100 percent recommend Pete’s window washing. They did an incredible job cleaning my windows. I was sad when the next day after they cleaned it rained and they got pretty dirty, however Pete’s contacted me to see if I was satisfied and I told them they were dirty again because of the rain. They said they offer a 7 day rain guarantee and they came back and cleaned them again good as new! They even did an acid treatment on my basement windows for some hard water. I really appreciate the great service! Will definitely use them for future window cleaning.

Petes Window Washing has earned our business for life. We were able to schedule our window cleaning within a few days of reaching out to them. Amy let us know ahead of time when she would be arriving and arrived on time. They did an excellent job on our windows and even scheduled to come back the next day because she wasn’t completely satisfied with the cleanliness of one of the windows! Great team and great service!
