When the window washer arrived (Zach, a very nice young man), he told me that the original estimate was off by more than half, and, when he counted up all our windows, the price would be much higher than the original quote. It was also three times what I had paid a cleaner for 25 years. So, I asked Zach to only clean half the windows. He did so, using only water which he said was mineral free and would therefore dry spotless. When he was finished, there were wet spots on several windows, but he assured me they would dry clear and, if they did not, he would return to touch them up. He had not even left the house when we received a bill and request for payment. I texted them that I wanted to wait to pay until after the spots (which had dried and remained as spots) had been cleaned, on the theory that the job had not yet been completed because the windows were not completely clean. There ensued many text messages, their insistence that we pay in full, including a $50 late fee for not paying the minute Zach partly finished cleaning our windows, before they would send out someone to finish cleaning the windows. They finally ran our credit card without our permission for the full amount, minus the late fee, (which I believe is the federal crime of fraud) and did send techs out to finish the cleaning. Zach admitted it was his fault for not allowing the higher windows to dry fully before cleaning the lower windows, such that dirty water dripped down. But, the owner, Pete, basically accused us of possibly stiffing vendors in Utah and of possibly committing illegal activity with other vendors. This accusation was offensive, baseless, and possibly defamatory. So, my advice is don’t use Pete’sWindow cleaning, unless you want a big battle over cleaning of your windows. Nonetheless, I am giving them 3 stars instead of 1 because Zach figured out the problem and worked really hard to clean our windows. Pete the owner gets 0 stars for his hostile policies.

Overall good experience minus a few windows that inadvertently got missed on the outside. I’m sure they will come back and get those done once I let them know.

Also the window sills weren’t cleaned out, they are still dirty. Not sure if that was supposed to be done or not given the vague verbiage on my quote.

Pricing is a bit confusing and went up considerably once the tech arrived at the house to clean my windows. Since “screens removed for window cleaning” is part of the package I purchased, I wasn’t expecting to pay $7 more per screen in order for them to be cleaned. They also weren’t “washed” just brushed/wiped off, which didn’t clean them very well.

Not the techs fault by any means, but a nuisance nonetheless.

Zach was very polite and worked very hard! We have a house that is over a hundred years old with some original windows and he was very careful with them and cleaned our rain gutters that hadn't been done in years. We were very happy with the service.

Pete’s Christmas lights look great, the install team was fast and very pleasant. Glad our neighbor referred us to Pete’s.

In August of 2024 we needed a move out cleaning for our rented house. I did a Yelp review search and found Bella. I interacted with Bella and she was very kind and quick to respond.
