June 2017. This company has turned 9400 South between Highland Drive & Wasatch Bvd into one of the roughest roads in the area. The patch jobs all have raised edges and sunk in the middle. I appreciate the country feel of driving down an old dirt road but I'm not sure it's what we need. I've expressed concerns to both Sandy City and UDOT. The nice lady at UDOT simply said "they're not done yet"?? This is the worst patch job I've ever seen and recommend this company does not get paid. Go ahead and take it for a test drive!

This company was working on my road two weeks ago and one of their trucks backed into my car and destroyed my front grille. The truck proceeded to drive off with out saying anything. I called them on November 21st and they said a manager would be in touch with me. I’ve called everyday since multiple times a day and have not received an answer or a call back and it’s December 2nd now.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Rest assured you are in good hands.

You should train your employees on being more respectful to the people who live in the communities you're servicing. As well as how to drive on the correct side of the street.

These guys are Awesome! Helped me with my sprinklers. Great to work with and appreciate someone i can trust!

They use the weed eater and blower to make a complete mess onto vehicles and doorsteps. And they will not stop, even when asked. They think it is funny. I do not recommend this company.

Wonderful. I had them come aerate my lawn a couple of times and have been very impressed with their quality of work and promptness. I would recommend J&R company to anyone.

Great company! Very happy with the service they provided changing and rerouting my sprinklers. They gave a fair bid, stuck to it, came on time prepared to work, and completed the project in a timely manner. Horrible, just flat out horrible. They “trimmed” our bushes and they are all completely hacked. You can see thru them now.

They do the weekly lawn service and miss half the yard most weeks. I put new bark around my entire house and they have completely thrown it all over the place with the weed eater.

Was working in garage and they pointed their blower straight into my garage and blew grass clippings all over. Once the crew member notice me he just walked away.

Do not hire this company to manage your community. They are horrendous and your community will look worse when they are done.

J&R provides fair priced quality service. Jason is the president of J&R and is a very honest and trustworthy person who is a pleasure to work with. He is responsive and attentive to all of our needs. I love J&R because of all of the services they provide within their own company. They provide lawn mowing, fertilizing, trimming, sprinkler installation and repairs, landscaping including tree, bush and flower planting, gravel installation, skid steer grading, tree removal and pruning, tree fertilizing, snow plowing and much more. Very importantly, J&R is very responsive when we have an emergency such as a water line break. Trevor and his crew were amazing!! They were always on time and professional. Trevor was willing to listen and also gave us good feedback on our ideas. We absolutely LOVE our newly landscaped backyard and waterfall. Would definitely use them again.

We have used this company for Atleast 10yrs and the have broken my garden lights, killed our grass and groundcover, my neighbors window, etc. They stepped on things I had planted when trimming a bush when there was plenty of room to stand elsewhere. I decorate my porch very nicely and year after year, week after week they blow my stuff all over and leave it a mess!! They have ZERO respect for my property and others here. Im a very reasonable and patient person, but I’ve absolutely had it! I’d give this company zero stars if it were an option.

I recently moved to a community where J & R Property Maintenance Corp. handles our lawn maintenance, irrigation, landscaping, and other services. I've been impressed with their president, who is very attentive and customer-focused. We had an issue with a sprinkler zone not being adjusted correctly. J & R was on site within an hour to address the issue. Also, because we're situated next to a conservation area, we have protected birds nesting on the property. The president and the crew have been very attentive to that issue and to being careful with wildlife in general.

We have J & R fertilize our yard. They are always very professional and very knowledgable. The staff is kind and I like that the courtesy text they give to remind us of treatment and to make sure we are going to be home to water. Wonderful, I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars!
