I never leave reviews, but the service was exelent.

Required to use this company by our developer Ivory Homes. The service level is poor and there quality of their work is as well. They do the minimum related to our contracted work and there is no attention to detail or proactive attention paid to the heal and appearance of our lawn and neighborhood. The last straw, prompting
my review, was watching two of their trucks speed through and out of my neighborhood so fast they could not stay in on their side of the road and I thought they were going to tip or dump equipment. No respect for the homeowners they serve or the safety of our families.

I appreciate the services provided by LMS. I have a 2/3 acre lot that I switched to low-water. They removed grass, put in a drip water system, added paths and planting areas, and spread wood mulch. Taylor was my project contact. He checked in frequently, quickly responded to my calls and/or text messages, and made site visits as necessary. He and the crew lead also made suggestions to my project plan that saved me money and improved the visual appeal of my yard. The crew lead, Carlos, was always on site and easy to work with. The crew was super friendly and treated me like family. Following the work, I called with a couple of water system questions. Taylor sent out Alex who was a joy to work with. He answered all my questions and took the time to make certain I understood exactly how everything was supposed to work.

They know how to make a yard look good, plant and tree varieties that thrive in our climate, respond quickly and go the extra mile to deliver the care you hoped to get! They stand by their work. I'd highly recommend working with LMS.

Caleb was very thorough with my leaking pipe issue. He fixed it and then found the repair didn’t completely work and came back to make sure it was no longer leaking. He also ensured part of our landscaping was being water when we couldn’t locate the drip lines. Very thorough in his efforts. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family LMS for any landscaping needs.

Im a Superintendent with Ivory homes. Taylor with LMS gets it done and his professionalism is outstanding. Because our townhomes are selling so fast, we are constantly rushing to get them done for a city final inspection. I dont know how he does it, but Taylor always comes thru for me and gets our landscaping done and the Finish look is incredible. Thank you Taylor and LMS for making us look goood.

They were very professional—showing up exactly when they said they would, and things looked exactly how they described. And whenever anything did deviate from expectations, they were quick with communications. I could not expect anything more.

They did an excellent Job and replaced some of the plants that didn't make it. They have a year guarantee on their plantings and they more than honored the guarantee by giving us some extra plants.

Cottonwood Landscape landscaped our front yard. They put in a brick walkway, updated sprinklers, design and landscaped front yard. We were very pleased with their work ethic, timeliness, and the work group was very personable.

They did an amazing job on our large retaining wall. The work was done quickly and they communicated throughout the whole project. I would have them complete another job for us in a heartbeat!!
