They did such a bad job with the landscaping that in a recent rainstorm, water went towards my house (instead of away from it) and flooded my basement.

Did a fence for us. Sloppy workmanship. Would look elsewhere

A guy with this logo on the side cut me off this morning and almost caused me to go into the back of him. After I honked at him, he proceeded to rev his engine to smoke me out. Ironically, I see this isn't the first bad review you've got because of the jerks you've hired and their bad driving. I'm gonna guess the same guy.

AMAZING. They cover so much ground, and make sure everything taken care of. They've always gone out of their way to make sure they get things done right! LMS definitely doesn't get the credit they deserve to have.

If you were going to drive like an inconsiderate prick, don't put the name of your company on the side of your truck. I was in line to make a turn from Redwood Road onto Porter Rockwell Boulevard, a line about a quarter-mile long. When an LMS truck drove past everyone and cut in at the very last second, Causing the car he cut off to slam on their brakes and nearly caused an accident. The truck driver then proceeded to drive down the highway at approximately 75 mph, that's 20 over the speed limit. All while towing a large generator behind him. He's endangering peoples lives and if I ever decide to hire this company, shoot me in the head to save me from my own stupidity. They are way too inconsiderate and rude to work with

Ivory Homes had this company do my landscaping. It seems like they just placed the grass on the ground and did nothing to keep it there. Pads of grass slid off my lawn and were picked up by the wind. When you step on the grass, you since in so far, even if it's not wet.

There's also a pipe sticking up out of the ground that they installed. I have called 3 times now to have them cut the pipe shorter because it sticks around 4 inches up from the lawn and the green cover for it just balances on the top, and I constantly find the cover blown across into someone else's yard. They've promised to come out and take a look multiple times but never have.

This company came to my new home to have some landscaping repaired where a drainage system was installed. A 3x2 ft sink hole resulted after the installation. Being home that day I pointed this out to the team as well as the rocks that were left behind in my flower beds. I was told that they could rake the rocks out. I went back inside and they were gone after about 10 minutes. The rocks were still left behind and not even attempted to be cleaned up. Sod was simply placed over the mess. No attempt was made to level the area. No new soil was brought in to fix the sink hole. Sod was simply placed on top masking the hole and creating a hazard as the hole was no longer visible until the the sod settled. Event he sod that was placed was a poor job with chunks missing everywhere. LMS landscaping caused way more work for us. It is disgusting to even come to someones home and do this type of work. I strongly encourage that no one use LMS for ANYTHING landscape related as it the worst work I have ever seen done. I honestly feel they should pay us for coming as we had additional work in tearing up all the sod they placed. I emailed the company and got a quick response of who is this and what lot after signing the email with my NAME. This company has shown they do not care about customers. After emailing them my lot number they have failed to communicate with me and I believe wish to ignore the issue. Terrible terrible service. You are better off doing the job yourself with no landscaping experience.

Run the other way. Collyn might be one of the worst business managers in the history of poor landscaping services in this state. If you call him for anything, he has a voicemail telling you to send him a text. If you text him he won't respond to you once he has your money. Not even a single word. Who runs a business like this. Collyn, if you are reading, please respond to my texts that I've been sending for months. I know you can do it!

I don’t write many reviews but had to for this company. They came to put in sprinklers. First of all, they didn’t tell us when they were coming—they just showed up and started digging. Second, they broke our main water line. That happens sometimes, I get it, but they didn’t tell us they had broken it. Instead, I had to go outside and ask them about it. Then it took them over 5 hours to fix it. Less than an hour later they cut our internet cable, which couldn’t be fixed until the next day. Again, I had to go out and ask them about it. We have a baby and I work from home, so having no water one day and no internet the next was extremely inconvenient. The worst part of it all was that they didn’t seem to care.

They installed my yard ( an Ivory home) and when they put in the mulch they added so much dirt the brown mulch looks gray and has chunks of concrete and soil mixed in.
I contacted them and the next day they had Colin reach out. He agreed to replace the mulch and it was done within a couple days.
I was very grateful they were willing and responsive to fix this and would definitely work with them again.

I love the honesty and hard work they provide. I have gone through several irrigation contractors who over charged, and never showed up again. LMS knows their stuff and does quality work. I will continue to use them because of their hard work and integrity.
