I appreciated the professional and caring approach Justin and his team took to ensure my Mini Split was installed and working as anticipated. Justin did an awesome job servicing my air conditioner. He thoroughly cleaned everything, found a problem with the capacitor and fixed it and added refrigerant. His work helped me avoid bigger problems that were just waiting to happen. He took the time to educate me on everything he did. Great job!

Justin at Wasatch Heating and Air is absolutely amazing!! He found some problems with a year old furnace and air conditioner that was purchased from another company. He gave me a complete breakdown of all issues and sent me to the original company to get these things fixed since it was still under warranty. He is honest, thorough and skilled. Great experience!

I’m a DIYer when I can and elected to replace the bad thermostat myself but still had issues after doing so. Justin helped me resolve the issue over the phone. Wasatch Peaks Heating and AC did an amazing job from start to finish. I had my AC, furnace, and hot water heater all replaced, and the entire experience was outstanding.

What really set them apart was their attention to detail during the evaluation. They actually measured my home and did proper calculations to determine the correct system size. I received four other quotes, and none of the other companies took the time to do this. In fact, two of them recommended a smaller unit just to keep the price low—but it wasn’t the right solution.

These guys came to work a bug project requiring a crane on the multi family unit next door. They were super professional, kept us advised the entire time, and were super friendly and respectful about their work.
