We were getting our duplex ready to rent out when our furnace stopped working. We had a different company come out and quote it and they ended up saying it cost 10k. They said they were going to turn off the gas in case there were any dangerous leaks. Making the situation seem worse than it was. In looking for a second quote, I called my father-in-law to see who he would recommend and I’m so glad that I did. Daniel was there and knew his stuff. He told me that if there was truly a chance of gas leaks that they would have red taped it and locked it down. He went on to tell me the flaws and a lot of what the other person quoted. In other words, they were just trying to get me to buy a new furnace. It ended up being just the cost of having them come out and routine maintenance.

When Daniel left our home, left me more educated about how to maintain my system and ideas about future options. He has a passion for what he does and is very honest. I will never go with a different company as long as Daniel is still working there!!!

Capone did an amazing job with my duct cleaning. He was on time, professional, and extremely thorough. He explained everything he was doing and made sure the system was cleaned properly from start to finish. I could immediately tell a difference in air quality after he was done. Super knowledgeable and took great care of my home. I highly recommend Capone.

Shawn and his team are incredible! They were on-time, thorough, and even took the time to make sure I saw some of the risks my HVAC system was up against, and the benefits of the tune-up they did.
