North Star is a wonderful local company. They have taken care of us since our installation a couple of years ago. Dylan N. Was friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood what maintenance I needed to do on my furnace.

We were able to get a quick appt! Daniel came out and was very quick and professional. He didn’t try to upsell or do anything crazy. He just found the problem, let us know and fixed it quickly. Super happy with the service. Of course nobody likes paying for these types of things but of all that we’ve repaired lately this seemed like a fair price! Thanks again! Will use in the future.

My Technician Daniel came out today to fix my AC. He came on time and did a wonderful job. He explained very well about what happened and repaired the problem. I highly recommend North Star heating and air conditioning. I will use them again if needed.

Daniel the technician was very helpful and answered my questions, and educated me on all my options. He was perfectly on time and the scheduler gal worked with me to assure I had a technician come between my two jobs. Northstar had great service. I got their information from a friend who promised no pushy sales...and indeed there were no pushy sales. Daniel resolved my AC issues with repairs and fully educated me on options for a new AC and considered the age of my unit. I feel like he was a friend trying to help me make the best decision. Well..we woke up in the morning and the house temperature was at 50 degrees. I asked my wife what she turned the heat down to the night prior and she said 64. I was on the phone to North Star that day and the came through for us in a big way. From communication to the boots on the ground, Anthony, Ben, and Jose got us taken care of the next day. We replaced our 30 year old furnace and a/c unit and we couldn't be happier with the results. It's difficult to randomly pick someone off the internet, but we would choose North Star every time and twice on Sunday (which is when we actually did call them and they called us right back!)

North Star is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. When our old AC unit went out in the middle of summer, not only were the technicians there the same day, but they were also able to replace the whole unit that following day. When the techs arrived, they laid down a liner on our floors and wore shoe covers every time they came in and out of our house; they were also on time and friendly. The best part about using this company is that after the job was finished, a supervisor returned a few days later to review the work and ensure everything was done correctly. We had to call North Star again when our furnace needed to be fixed, and it was the same technician that installed our AC unit, which was nice.
I highly recommend this company for your AC/Furnace needs! Very professional and trustworthy.

Super fast service! Called at 8:00 am and was scheduled for same day. Dylan and Daniel came out. They arrive in the middle of the appointment window. They took the time to explain my system issues and took care of scheduling a duct cleaning for my 10 out of 10. Be far the best experience I have had with a HVAC company.

Fast and efficient! Had another company promise to come out to repair our broken ac on a Friday only to cancel around noon. I was sure we’d have to wait until Monday, but North Star was able to squeeze us in and had a tech, Dylan, out within a few hours.
Dylan was great to explain everything he was doing, was clear on what the repair options were and made sure the air was blowing cold before leaving- what a relief!! Dylan was very professional.
I will definitely request North Star again and ask for Dylan.

Ben installed a new AC in our home today. He is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and most professional. He took the time to patiently walk me through and explain the complexity of the AC unit. I particularly enjoyed his pleasant personality. I highly recommend Ben. 5 plus stars
