Worst service ever I have experienced, not available over phone and no response even after consistently following up.

Avoid under any circumstances.

Our AC went out on a 95 degree day, leaving us miserable. Silver, the tech, quickly discovered the broken part and had the whole thing fixed so quickly. He was so pleasant and easy to work with.

Had them install new ac unit and they have done my yearly service every year great experience working with them they always do a great job definitely recommend them for all your hvac needs

I contacted dynamic at 8 PM on a Friday night and by 10 PM they had repaired my compressor by replacing a faulty capacitor, making it fully operational. We needed our tankless water heater replaced, so we called Dynamic HVAC. Doug and his team gave us a fair and honest price and did really great work! They were on-time and efficient and even moved a gas line to make our room easier to access at no charge to us. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to work with. I’d highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

I recently had a new HVAC system installed, by DYNAMIC HVAC and I couldn't be happier with the results. The system is efficient, keeping my home comfortable regardless of the weather. It's also much quieter than my old unit, also I've noticed a decrease in my energy bill and it didn’t break the bank, Doug and his team were professional and completed the job quickly. We had a new furnace installed by Dynamic Heating & Air. Doug had been keeping our old furnace going for years with repairs. That was wonderful in itself but at some point we knew it was time to upgrade. He gave us a very reasonable price for a top of the line furnace. The install crew was very respectful, friendly and professional. They had to do quite a few modifications to install the new furnace which was all included in the original quote. They left our furnace/laundry room cleaner than it was before the process started.
We now have a very efficient top of the line furnace all for the price other companies quoted for their standard furnace install.
I would highly recommend Dynamic HVAC for any furnace or air repairs or replacements. They are as honest as the day is long, very trustworthy to have in your home.

I’ve worked with Dynamic HVAC on a large remodel project as well as new construction and basement projects, and they’ve been a great company to work with across the board. They’re thorough when checking existing systems, proactive with maintenance, and always provide clear options based on their professional opinion. Communication is solid, work is done right, and they’re reliable from start to finish. A strong HVAC partner that I’m happy to continue working with and recommend.

The technician seemed friendly. My issue was that the system was diagnosed as completely out of refrigerant and they were going to charge quite a bit to refill it (quoted for approximately 14 lbs of refrigerant). They also started to recommend a replacement system.
Since my AC portion of the system was only 4 years old, at this point I stopped them and called the guy who installed the system and waited for him to get back in town.
My condensing unit was cleaned, a small part where common leak occurs was replaced as a pre-caution and the system only needed 1-2 lbs of refrigerant added. The unit was vacuum and pressure tested and now I'm good to go.
I'm not sure why the diagnosis was incorrect, but North Star followed up and made things right with me. They seem to be a great company, I just got wrong information from a miss diagnosis.

I would give more than five stars if I could. I had my air conditioner replaced years ago with North Star Heating & Air and have had no problems ever since. Every year they come out and check up on how everything is running. Ben came to my house today and I was impressed with how friendly, professional, and knowledgeable he was. Every interaction I have with the company has been pleasant and I could not be happier with the products and service I have received.

I had an excellent experience with North Star. I made an appointment with Angela, she was nice & very professional. Daniel arrived right on time. He was neat, clean & also very professional. The job he did was exceptional.

Daniel came out and was amazing!! He is the 3rd hvac guy I have had out here. This company actually checked my unit and fixed it. I wont be calling anyone else!!
