We are SO grateful for Hansen HVAC!!! They saved us from unnecessarily purchasing a brand new A/C condenser unit. We got a quote from another local company that told us our A/C was seized and they could fix it for $5,600 - OR - get a shiny brand new unit for $5K! Got a second opinion from Hansen HVAC the next day and they fixed it for $353.00. Our Service Technician was professional, knew exactly what he was doing and was prepared with the part (s) we needed. Had cold air blowing within 30 minutes of him showing up at our home. Our unit was not seized, and we are still in shock our the deceitfulness of the other company. From estimate to install and follow up, Hansen has been awesome! Great value when comparing quotes with other HVAC companies. Installation was superb. They even came back to help figure out a water leak that had nothing to do with their products or installation and helped repair the problem outside my house after hours! Talk about service professionals! Highly recommend!

Hansen HVAC is awesome. Riley came out today and found the problem within minutes. He was very friendly, had great communication and set expectations, and was able to get it fixed extremely quick. They originally installed my unit when the place was built. The blower went out, but was covered under warranty. They didn't charge me anything. I would definitely recommend them and their amazing service. Thank you!

Tracy came out to my house to check out why my heat was not circulating. He wasted no time troubleshooting the issue and was able to get the needed parts extremely fast. Install was quick and clean, he even took the time to clean up our furnace because it has so much construction debris. I will absolutely use Hansen HVAC in the future.

We called our property management and within 30 minutes Tracy was at our door with a smile and got straight to the problem. He got the issue fixed and double checked everything else to be sure our unit was functioning as optimally as possible. Great company! Great people to work with!
We had different company install a new furnace a year and a half ago and move our Aprilaire humidifier to the new furnace. The humidifier didn't work and the other company grudgingly returned to make it "work". It ran, but it never brought acceptable humidity levels to our home. Brian, from Hansen HVAC, came a couple of days ago and immediately recognized a wiring problem and knew what to do and spent the time to re-wire the furnace/humidifier connections. Within a day, the humidity level had come up the set level and has continued to be maintained there. Brian really knows what he is doing with HVAC systems and we will be forever grateful for his help and remember him and Hansen HVAC for any future needs!

Our furnace motor needed replacement and their service was rapid, proficient and affordable for the task completed. It was Harold who initially installed our furnace four years ago and regretfully, we didn't heed his advice about routine maintenance, leading to our motor being packed with dust bunnies, cat fur, and loose paper. Rest assured, we'll be reaching out to them for the necessary maintenance to guarantee we remain cool in summer and toasty during winter. Elias was an extremely knowledgeable and informative heater repair technician. He inspected our heating system and discovered that it was a two-stage system, but it had been incorrectly wired for a single stage. This adjustment will allow our furnace to heat more efficiently during extremely cold days without continuously running to reach the thermostat setting. Elias was also thorough in conducting a diagnostic check on our steam humidifier. We are highly satisfied with his expertise and the way he handled our heater repair needs. We greatly appreciate it!

A couple of them didn’t show up for their appointments, and one had such a long wait that they couldn’t even provide a quote for weeks. I did receive three quotes, and one company was at the higher end. However, I was really impressed with Keith. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to replace my old AC unit. He took photos of the old unit and the setup, and he noted the accessibility of the crawl space to remove the old equipment and install the new one. This installation wasn’t the easiest for them, as they had to crawl under the deck to access the crawl space. It was tight, so I know they worked hard. Despite that, the two-man crew had the old unit out and the new one in much quicker than I expected. When they finished, there wasn’t a single scrap of debris left behind. They even thanked me for my business, which I really appreciated. The duct cleaning was scheduled for later, and once again, the crew was polite, friendly, and professional. They faced some challenges due to the layout of my older house, but they did an excellent job. After cleaning, the airflow improved significantly. With the new AC and clean ducts, I no longer have cold spots in my home, and I enjoy consistent hot water on demand. No more cold showers! Every person I interacted with during this process was incredibly professional and nice. I truly felt like a valued customer. I will definitely return for all my future HVAC service needs.
