Over the last 16 years We have used Hansen HVAC for seasonal maintenance, emergency calls on weekends and holidays, gas leaks, HVAC systems, tankless water heater, etc. I will always refer all of my friends, family & clients to them when they need help. You just won’t find a more honest, responsive HVAC company out there.

Hansen installed the HVAC system in our new home. We've had a number of problems with the unit which have left us all beguiled. Despite the problems with the unit installed, I believe the true measure of a company is the management of issues if and when they arrise.
In our instance we have experienced unparalleled customer service.
1. When called to report an issue, we are immediately connected with a person who is familiar with us..we are not passed around, we are not left to leave a message because the right person isn't available , etc. Which is rare in today's service industry.
2. It has taken less time to get on schedule with Hansen than it does to get into the Doctor's office. When called they are prepared to send a tech out that day. They work around our schedule every time.
3. They schedule 2 hour arrival windows..not three hour..not half days.
4. They have never once been late or failed to show within the scheduled time.
5. Every single time Hansen makes legitimate repairs and replacements. They hunt for a solution they seek out the underlying cause. There are no bandaid or short term solutions offered to guarantee a return visit.
6. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Hansen honors its warranties.

We highly reccommed Hansen to anyone needing honest, ethical, and professional HVAC services.

So grateful to Cory and Alan for all of their hard work and dedication to getting my A/C's fixed in my apartment. They were very skilled and knowledgeable and took my issue seriously. They made a commitment to getting it resolved and did not disappoint! I cannot thank them enough!

Hansen did the HVAC in our new house. They did a really fantastic job. Our home stays much more temperate than our last one with very little effort. They put a vent and return in every room and hallway. They also put in our air conditioning unit in our bonus room and did a very nice job of it.

Corry/Colton and everyone at Hansen HVAC are great! I had them put in a new furnace and A/C last year. Absolutely impressed with their knowledge and the work they did. I referred a friend of mine to them and he was extremely impressed with their work as well. The other day I had an electrical panel burnout due to a bad A/C circuit breaker. After the electrician told me the issue I thought perhaps the problem could be something to do with the new A/C system I had installed last year. I called Corry to discuss the issue and he was very responsive (called me back after hours) and said he would come take a look at it and see if it was something related to their installation. It turned out to be an old breaker from the original A/C system and was not related to Hansen or my new system. The fact that Corry was so open and willing to work with me on the issue gives me peace of mind that they will stand behind their work 100%. While most companies give you the runaround and try and distance themselves from any issues after the sale has been made, working with Hansen has been a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Hansen HVAC to anyone.

Whipple plumbing was my first bid. I had no idea what a new furnace was going to cost and I had to start somewhere. They stayed way too long and the sales games was ridiculous. Not too mention other things. I called a around and was told to use Hansen for a bid. They came fast (I got real lucky) and he spent only a fraction of the time to gather specs. Hansen bid came in around half and their new unit was a lot better than whipple’s. I couldn’t believe it, left me scepitical. Two young men installed it and they did a great job. A bit of a perfectionist and took pride in work. They even took a box and made my 3 year old son a hide out. Our new unit is incredible with the advancements. A lot has changed since a decade. Saving more money on bills than what Hasen said I would with their unit. ( Whipple lied about their savings and their unit was rated less efficient) I’ve waited a year to post this review, and This is an honest 5 star review with had zero issues.

The technician was very friendly and professional and I feel like he did a great job. My only peel with this company is they made it out to be that there would be no charge for the visit and then the tech, just doing his job, diagnosed and did his best to remedy the problem. Our house is newer so I figured maybe our home was still within the labor warranty. Sadly I found out after that I was being charged for all the work minus refrigerant and otherwise I would of had family do the work for me for free. Businesses should be upfront about all the charges and fees before performing the work. You dont just say we will take care of it under the pretense that no money will be involved then expect money afterwards.

I had my thermostat replaced last summer by Josh Sornson. He did this work on the side, but showed up in the Hansen work truck. Josh is very unprofessional, also very rude when I called to explain that my house wasn’t cooling. I’ve been calling for the past 6 months with no answer or call back. I find this very unprofessional. I ended up replacing it myself. Josh represents Hansen. Hopefully this type of employee isn’t the type Hansen hires.

Saturday our furnace wasn’t coming on and it was cold. Called Hansen HVAC and because it was the weekend they charged a after hours fee. When the guy got to our home he looked at the furnace and realized water was backing up to the motor. He drained the water and said if it does it again, “we may need to fix the drain” (mind you he never looked at it). Just over 30 days later our furnace stopped working again. I called Hansen again and because it was over 30 days and happened to be the weekend, after hours service charge plus “diagnostic fee” even though we knew what the problem was.

I decided to call a different company and they were to our home within 30 min (no after hours fee). He drained the motor and looked at the drain and said, “this tubing is too high and causing the water to be backed up. You won’t have any more problems and the guys that came the first time should have looked at this.”

I would not recommend this company. They are not thorough and do the bare minimums to collect their money and be on their way.

Hansen Heating & AC gave me the best bid and the quickest response time when my AC unit quit working. A competitor tried to tell me I should just try to fix my AC, but would not guarantee their repair work. Their repair cost was more than Hansen's cost for an entire new high quality unit including installation and maintenance. I will continue to use Hansen Heating & AC and trust them in the future. 5 stars for Hansen!

Hansen installed our HVAC several years ago and all parts are supposed to be under warranty. Our AC went out in the middle of an extreme heat advisory and when we called Hansen, they told us it would be 9 days before they could even get out here. We opened windows, bought fans and suffered through. The day they were scheduled to come between 3-5, the technician did not arrive until 540 and showed up in board shorts looking like he had just left the beach. His truck was a disaster when he opened it and he couldn't find what he needed so he informed us he had to run to the shop and would be right back. 45 minutes later he came back, tried whatever out and then informed us our compressor was bad and he would let us know the next day how quick they could get. We had to follow up with them several times the next day before they finally told us it would be more than a week before they could get the parts. At that point, we called a competitor who came out the very next day to look at it and was able to get the parts in 2 days, which was still far sooner than what we had been originally told.

Hansen had no sense of urgency and did not seem very professional in our dealings with them.

UNBELIEVABLY GOOD SERVICE - I had Corey install all of my homes new construction air ducts and AC unit. Not only did he do a fantastic job with that but about two years later I had a part go bad on my Bryant unit. In my opinion the difference between these guys and the competition is that win some thing happens they are right there to get it fixed for you. I called Corey at about 2 PM in the middle of the August heat and told him that my unit had just gone down. He was at my house with the replacement part installing it himself after hours to help me out because his guys were booked up until the next week. To me this was in valuable service and I would have paid probably just about anything he asked. He did not charge me a single penny and the unit has been operating perfectly since. I would highly recommend this company and I think them for the great service they have provided me.

Hansen's Heating has been my go to source for a number of years for so many different jobs. They are very professional, honest, and always there when they say they will be. Brian has been the best in always being the most helpful person I have ever met! Thank you!

I would like to thank Corey with Hansen HVAC for helping us replace our HVAC in our home. Corey listened to the issues we’ve had cooling our multi-level home and advised us with options that did not break the bank. He called us quickly after placing our order to arrange the installation. Casey, Kory, Jace, and Chandler showed up on time and ready to work. They were extremely polite and immediately started petting my dogs. They were professional and clean. I am very grateful to the entire team! Thank you all!!!!

Josh with Hansen HVAC came out and got our heat back up and running after a 3 year remodel. Super nice, quick, efficient, and affordable.

Will definitely call them again if I have HVAC needs.

They was alright but did an inspection and tune up on my furnace plus a air vent cleaning, didn't clean my vents also didn't put the right size air filter then my a/c stopped working so they didn't inspect anything and honestly put a wrong size filter in and called it good very bad service

Hansen HVAC has been my go-to HVAC for years (they installed my AC unit 14 years ago - works great still) and I've recommended them to family and friends but customer service has changed. My water heater (which they installed almost 5 years ago) is leaking from the top. I called to get it serviced and the soonest they can help me was 4 days later. After waiting a day, I have water all over the floor - even after turning off the water and gas to the heater (Thank you to the after hours on-call Hansen tech who recommended doing that - I can't imagine what would have happened if I hadn't!). I called again this morning and explained what was happening to see if they can get anyone over sooner and was told that 4 days was already squeezing me in and was the soonest they could do. This is the 2nd time that timing has been an issue for them. (I know that no hot water is not an emergency but the water leaking from my water heater all over the floor is heading in that direction.) The first time I called Hansen for an emergency was the morning when raw sewage was flooding my basement. They couldn't get someone until the end of the day. After speaking with the receptionist today and learning that they couldn't get someone there sooner, I told her to cancel my appointment, I'd be going somewhere else. She was indifferent. I called another company and they are coming out today.

(If you can get them to come out, though, they will be great!)

I am so happy to have found this company. We called a large business in Utah come out and look at our furnace when it wouldn't start up. They said it could be the igniter and a bunch of other repairs. It could cost a thousand possibly more. Because our furnace is old, we said is it worth repairing. He said he could have his manager come by and give us pricing to not throw money at an old unit. The manager came right over and gave us some very high prices on replacing it and the AC. The price seemed so high price, it was worth getting a second opinion. I called an inspector I'd worked with in the past and he said some of these large companies give you the high prices for repairs to get you to want to replace it. He said call Hansen's they're honest and will repair if it's repairable, and give you a reasonable price to replace.

Hansen's came out and put in a new igniter, and it lit right up and they said they could see nothing wrong with it. They said it looked in good shape. The price to do the repair and charge for coming out after hours was very fair. We'll be sure to call Hansen's for future repairs and replacement when the time comes. Extremely pleased.

I hired Hansen to install multiple miniduct systems in a major remodel of my home and, among all of the subcontractors I had to deal with, they were the most professional and took great care in their work. It was a complicated installation, but they got it just right. And their bid was very competitive. I will certainly use them again.

Hansen is professional, honest and fast! Will use them for all future needs. Here's what happened to me:
In the middle of the winter, our heater went out and we had no way to keep our home warm. It was pretty terrible (and cold:).
I googled top rated heating and air companies. This just goes to show that you can't always trust Google searches because they're often bought out.
I called a company that came up as five stars on Google. They came out and told me I needed an entirely new system and replacement of everything. The quote was over $20k and they charged a fee for coming out. I spoke to a friend who is a big contractor. He recommended calling Hansen and I am extremely glad I did.
Cory was out to my house that same morning. He explained what was going on and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. Not only do I recommend Hansen, I trust them. Cory explained what wasn't working, fixed it, helped me understand my options, and the price was reasonable. I was completely impressed by the service, responsiveness, and professional nature of the visit.
Hansen is honest and that's hard to find today. I highly recommend them!
