I would highly recommend Larsen HVAC. They are professional, friendly, and get things done in a timely manner. Our air conditioning went out the night before my daughter needed surgery. I called them the next morning and they had me scheduled for the next day. Shawn, the owner came and was amazing and got everything up and running Quickly and was so helpful.

From initial quote to install and post-install experience, team has been great. More than willing to answer any questions or address concerns making the process easy. Very happy with the new system!

Shawn and Ali were awesome. Our AC started tripping the breaker. Shawn came in and was able to diagnose it quickly. He also noticed incorrect wiring that the builder had put in. We were worried that it would cost a fortune, but Shawn was able to look up our specific AC and found that it was still covered under warranty. They handled all the warranty work and everything. Working with them was an extremely smooth and work free process.

Dustin and Ali did an excellent job replacing my old HVAC system with heat pumps. They were professional and polite, finished the work on schedule and budget, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Skyler and Dustin were very professional. They laid down protective cover on our carpet. Were careful to not bump the walls. Installation passed city inspection with a breeze.

Larsen HVAC installed a new HVAC system at my home that included a heat pump. natural gas furnace and a smart thermostat. They came as scheduled and did an excellent job. Ali, Dustin and Nick were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The install of the equipment was neat and clean. They took the time to explain the explain how the system works. I'm very happy with Larsen HVAC.

I cannot imagine using any other company! The team of installers, captained by Shawn, is amazing. They took out the behemoth 77-year old furnace and installed a new efficient one. They removed the old swamp cooler and installed a new central air conditioner. They were efficient, organized, friendly, respectful hard workers. They were also excellent problem solvers which made the install go more smoothly than expected. Throughout the process they communicated details and installed top of the line products at a more than fair price. Their follow up and follow through was exceptional and greatly appreciated. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

Shawn and his team were great. I had a brand new heat pump and a heat pump water heater installed. I had a few hoops to jump through because I have a historic home, and they did an amazing job ensuring the installation was to code and compliant with the Historic District requests. I had many questions and Shawn and Braden were always so responsive- emailed and texted back right away. They really took the time they needed and did an excellent job. They definitely went above and beyond to help me through this! Shawn even met me at my house when I had the City permitting department come to inspect the unit. (He didn’t have to do that but he took extra time out of his day to be there to ensure things were done right). I highly highly recommend them & their quality work.

Out of 11 people we called the owner Shawn replied and sent his son Braden immediately. They saved us from the hot Utah summer! All of the other “same day” service people are lying. We waited 2 days for other people and they didn’t come. And no one could come same day everyone could come the next day and these guys came quicker than the popular guys and they even answered their phone and text themselves not an answering service. Top notch service! They saved us from having to replace our whole AC unit and didn’t try and sell us a replacement he wanted to fix what we had! He cleaned the outside unit (picture shows how bad it was, sorry no after picture because it’s all sealed up nicely now) and replaced the capacitor. Price was great.👍

Best experience I’ve had with an HVAC/Plumbing contractor in years. As a landlord and general contractor, finding locally owned and operated HVAC contractors has been a challenge, as many have been bought by larger corporations and have a model that isn’t customer oriented. They are only profit oriented. Shawn on the other hand is amazing! He owns the company and is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and as fair as they come. I say this as someone who has likely used almost every HVAC/plumbing contractor in the SLC valley over the last 10 years. I will 100% continue to work with Shawn on every project he’s willing to work with me on. Highly recommend—you will be very happy. Thank you, Shawn!

Fast, simple, easy. I likes family run business and you can tell they take their work seriously. I liked that I called and it took 2 rings and someone answered. It’s like they were ready to deploy someone as soon as we were 10 seconds I to the call.

I am so impressed with the incredible service we received from Larsen HVAC and Plumbing. They did such a great job on our water heater that we reached back out to them when it was time for the AC and furnace replacement. We had the team of Jorge, Ali, and Adam doing our install, and they were friendly, respectful, efficient, and incredibly hard workers. Our new AC unit is so quiet we barely know it's running.
