So pleased with the customer service we received. They sent a technician out right after we made the call. Ken was so nice and very knowledgeable and had our A/C up and running within minutes.

They drove clear to Sevier County to put a new furnace in for us.
they were fast installing it. Made sure it was working good. The installers could not of been nicer. It still works like it is new. I highly recommend them.

I'm a big believer that people tell you who they are, in word and action. I just had one of their employees, in a company truck, cross a solid white line at 70+mph, and almost take the front off my car -- our bumpers were so close, after hitting my brakes, I'm not sure how I DIDN'T hit him. What this tells me is:

- Instead of doing a job right, Hyland would rather cut corners.
- Safety is not much of a concern.
- Hyland is perfectly willing to endanger lives with their logo emblazoned on the back of their truck. And they don't care who knows it.

Call me angry, but I'm a Nurse who also used to be an EMT. I've seen lives ended and lives changed forever with such poor thinking. They won't be getting my business.

My property management company contacted these guys on tuesday morning to do a repair on ac. It's now Thursday and I called and she said oh we haven't even had time to schedule you or send someone over after hours. Well it's been 2 and a half days, are you kidding me. I have 4 kids. This is ridiculous. At least let your customer know what the neck is going on. Terrible customer service skills, can't even comment on the actual techs because I've still yet to see I one.

AWESOME COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! They installed a new swap-cooler on Thursday and the motor went out on Saturday morning(it was a brand new motor) I called them and they were out within the hour (even though they were not open) and put in another new motor. Very friendly and easy to work with. They come highly recommend.

Ken went above the call of duty in this hot summer weather. I only leave a 4 out of 5 because of the back and forth of phone calls I had to make- but I do understand it was a Monday, they were short staffed, and it's summer time- so it's busy!

Our AC was not working. Hyland was the original installers on our new home. After calling in a few times to the office and the tech, I got a call from the manager asking if they could come in 1st thing the next day to fix it, as their tech was headed to his daughter's b-day party. I understood and was willing to bear another hot day/night in the house. I got a text 5 min later from the tech, Ken, asking if he could head over. I then got a call from the manager right after stating Ken would be coming over (~3:15 PM) to get us taken care of. Ken showed up- sacrificing his family time to make sure we had a cool house.

Needed some AC repair work done on two houses I own and both times fixed without a hiccup. Responded quickly and fixed both problems in under an hour each, very impressed and very straight forward. Plan on using again.

We have had a ton of issues with our new homes AC unit (Note:The unit was installed by a different company) Randy from Hyland was able to squeeze us in before the holiday weekend. These guys were terrific. I worked with Bob who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The best thing about these guys is their honesty. I was getting insanely high quotes from the big companies and Hyland offered me very competitive pricing even though they could have come in just below the other guys. Bob had recommendations and insights on the job that the other companies didn't even catch. Plus, when I was on my own checking something Bob was texting me while in my attic looking at my furnace on his day off. If I ever have HVAC problems these are the guys I will call.

They installed the ac unit in our brand new home and the capacitor went bad after 2 years. That's understandable. The tech was extremely considerate and friendly. He was great. The problem I had was that they told my wife on the phone, under warranty it was only $25. When he came out he said that it was $150 total for the fix. It took him 5 minutes. This feels like a bait and switch and shady tactics. They needed to clearly outline that the warranty service fee is $25, and the cost to come out is a SEPARATE $125. I can accept things when they are explained to me in advance, but not when I get hit with an amount I didn't agree to up front.

For an AC tune up in the past, I called a company that advertises extensively on the radio and you see their trucks everywhere. The tech came and I was told I could probably use more refrigerant; the price they quoted me was $617 for 3 lbs. (if I needed that much; however the 1st lbs. would be very expensive, hundreds of $, then get cheaper for each additional - why??). I also tried the $59 tune ups from other companies and they was a lot of upselling. Given that Hyland installed my system, I thought I would give them a try, I am glad I did. Preston was great. I asked him several questions about my system and he showed me the specs and how my system was performing against them. Turns out my 7 yr. old capacitor was on the verge of failing, so I had him throw one in. Even though my outside system was very clean, he still took the fan off, sprayed all the coils with a cleaner and hosed it off. I am very happy with Hyland; there was no upselling, the tech was honest, and Angel in the office was very responsive. (BTW, they would have charged me $65/lbs. for the refrigerant if I needed it; which I didn't.). The price of a service call saved me more in the long run than the "big guys" and "specials".

Our AC cannot keep up with the outside heat. Our upstairs is constantly 75+ making it difficult to sleep. Hyland refuses to upsize the AC system for it to work properly. Home was built by DR Horton but installed by Hyland heating.

Hyland is not actively trying to come up with a solution for this error. Leaving my family and I to have a very uncomfortable home for the summer.

We’ve used HYLAND Heating and Cooling for years. They always show up when they say they will be there. In fact, the last two times we’ve had an issue they’ve worked us in and come sooner than we were originally told. They never try and sell us something we don’t need. We really trust them, and recommend them whenever we can.

I have used Bob and this company for 8+ years. Every interaction has been professional, helpful, and honest. From my experience, in the HVAC business, integrity is in short supply. The time came to replace all of our HVAC equipment, Hyland was **30% less expensive** than the next closest quote. The installation crew was fantastic, they did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend Hyland and Bob.

Dustin and Jorge are great! They let me know when they were on their way. Larson HVAC was great at communicating every step of the way from setting up the appointment to completing the furnace tune up and water heater flush. I look forward to doing more business with this group in the future.

What an amazing company! I called them to check on my elderly father's furnace, which wasn't working. We had had some other work done in the mechanical room in the last couple of weeks also. Braden from Larsen saw getting the furnace back on was as simple as turning on the switch, which had accidentally been turned off. I know that he came from West Jordan to Holiday and yet he still insisted on not charging us, hoping that we would become a customer and he was happy to help my elderly father, who was on a fixed income since there was nothing to fix. We looked at their service packages of and all the things they could do, and I was so impressed. This is a wonderful family owned business with people who have integrity that really care about their customers and the community. I would recommend them to anybody.

We had some plumbing issues that required repairs and Shawn's team was able to come out pretty promptly to address the issues we had.

Larsen was great! They came and checked my air conditioner quickly. I had put in a request on a weekend and they were able to come look at it on Tuesday. They were super kind and professional.
