They’ve serviced my air-conditioning systems for five years in my old house. They recently put in a new system in my new house. Sam Nunez is the tech who always works on our systems and is spectacular. My new 5 ton Trane unit was installed with no problems and has worked for a year now with no issues Overall I think their quality of service is excellent and their installation process is excellent.

Jorge and Ali were great. They made sure everything was done and put back in place before leaving. Not crazy about piping on the water heater, but that maybe necessary to secure properly. I don’t have any paperwork for rebates not sure how to go about that.

Very fast and efficient service! Professionally done with direct and simple explanation of what was wrong, part needed and timeliness in getting job done! Very happy with their service!

Shawn was great about answering all my questions. He was concerned about finding me the best answer for the complex HVAC needs at my property. He was very responsive over text, phone, and email (even at 6pm on a Friday!) He gave me multiple options as the consumer and let me choose what best fit my needs. He was upfront about pricing, and helped me explore options to save on cost.

I moved in my house a year and a half ago and I contacted the
Larsen HVAC heating and Air . They had installed my new
furnace and air system . I wanted them to come out and go
over the system and set up maintenance for me. I can not tell
you what a wonderful company they are. Shaun Larsen is the
owner and he is the most honest and professional person I have
ever worked with. I love working with a Family owned company.
His Son Brady works with him and also his wife. They also
have an incredible plumber ,Tyler that really is an expert .
When I needed anything done they are on it immediately. I just
wanted to share with others my experience with this outstanding

Shawn and crew are very reliable and dependable. We had a whole home humidifier installed along with a smart thermostat. He said it would take a few hours and it did. I recommend them for all your heating and AC repair.

I have had these guys come out twice now and they are always so nice and professional. They helped me in a frustrating situation where i had already been taken advantage of by a previous company. They were honest, really great to work with. They stayed in communication with me the whole time. They were punctual and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Absolutely amazing! Tyler and Skylar were very respectful and straight to the point. I needed a new water heater and another company quoted me double trying to make commission. The other company even neglected to tell me it was still under warranty. I will Absolutely be calling Larsen for any future jobs needed.

Shawn is by far the best and most fair professional out there. We recently encountered issues with another HVAC company and Shawn was more than willing to help us out and get the issues corrected. He definitely went above and beyond and then some. Shawn and his team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. His team came in and completed the repairs and cleaned up once they were done. Shawn and his team is definitely all about making sure you and your family are safe. Highly recommend this company! This is the only company I will use in the future!

We were very pleased with the installation team of Larsen HVAC . The guys, Jorge, Ali, and Nick were efficient, pleasant and they even were so nice to our little dog! The Larsen owners even beat other larger company quotes and are so helpful! The team cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure we understood how to use our new heat pump! Thank you guys !!👏🏻👏🏻🌟

I first heard about Larsen on X96’s Radio from Hell show, and used their plumbing services to install a kitchen faucet. I recently had them return to fix a couple of leaks and to install a new water softener. I’m super happy with everything. Tyler and his crew were friendly and considerate. They are fairly priced with great customer service and communication. Thank you Larsen HVAC and Plumbing! We will see you soon for our furnace tune-up!

I am pleased with a service provided by Skyler and Nic who installed my vanity set. The process was handled in a manner that was both professional and informative. Very polite. I am going to use Larsen HVAC snd plumbing services again.

Excellent service - have known Shawn and Brenden since we bought our house.. They have installed our garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, HVAC, furnace, cleaned out our dryer vent & rerouted the ducting that needed it, and our water softening system. Feel confident that should we ever need anything, they will be there. Their VIP protection plan is well thought out and we really appreciate everything they’ve done!! Highly recommend!

Review for Larsen HVAC & Plumbing
So far, I’m really impressed with Larsen Heating & Cooling. One of their technicians accidentally broke my antique mirror when he tripped on the stairs. Accidents happen—but what mattered most was how they handled it. They immediately owned it, apologized, and told me to choose how I wanted to handle the replacement. The husband-and-wife team have been amazing—super respectful and clearly care about their customers. I’ll update this review once everything is resolved, but based on my experience so far, they’ve earned my respect.

UPDATE: My new mirror was delivered about 1 week after incident. These guys are amazing and really do care. Thanks again!

It’s never fun when your AC stops working in August. The first time I called Larsen HVAC they immediately answered. Other companies did not. Braden was right on schedule with the time frame he gave me. He gave me all of my options and helped me walk through my questions and concerns. Braden was able to get the AC working that same day! I’m very happy with the work that was done and the customer service.I will be using this company again.

We would like to give a 5 stars review and special thanks to Shawn and his entire team!
We just want to do our kitchen remodel soon, Shawn was a one of the team member who comes my house to do some investigation before they starting the job, Shawn found a small hole in our old water heater in pressure release part, if we don’t exchange right away, the unbalance pressure will cause the water leak or even big water exploded. Shawn told us have to exchange the water tank (about 7 years old tank) to fix this problems. We did not know what’s the best option, however Shawn told us that the best option could be “tankless” water heater. Then two days later, they exchanged the old water heater, and finished the tankless water heater. Later we will reuse “Larsen HVAC” company for sure! They are fast, professional, honest and competitively priced!

Ali and Jorge did a excellent job installing my new heater. They showed up early and quickly took out my old unit and installed the new unit 2.5 to 3 hours give or take.
I will call Larsen in the future.

Dustin, Ali and Alex did an awesome job and we’re so kind and professional. I have 3 dogs and they were patient with them and friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Larsen HVAC and Plumbing had my kitchen faucet changed out in 40 minutes! Very reasonably priced and was comfortable having Skyler in my home. I would definitely use their services again!
