Save yourself time and hassle and hire this company. During the site visit from Shawn the owner stressed safety and not being afraid of new technology. He noticed the prior HVAC company had the furnace exhaust going out to my patio which could have killed me if I was out there breathing it in. The heat pump, furnace and tankless hot water heater were all installed in one day. Many HVAC don’t know about heat pumps and tankless hot water and Shawn’s team install a lot of them! System is awesome and they helped me with all my follow up questions in a way which shows they value me as a customer even after the sale. They submitted my paperwork with Rocky Mountain Power (received the rebate before my credit card statement came!) and enbridge. Easy since they do it for me! The team that installed (Adam, Ali, Jorge, Nic, Skyler and Tyler) were super kind and talented. I bet you can’t find a better crew who can do all of this work in a day. Shawn is great and he hires great people. The price is fair and the service is excellent.

HORRIBLE service! Had to reschedule THREE TIMES and the third time Priscilla got huffy and very unprofessional. I was told a 4th date and when the time for them to come passed I called and they had yet another excuse….better off finding another company that’s more reliable.

Bid the job without coming to the site to view. Gave a bid that didn’t correspond to the specs I sent, and the bid gave minimal details of what was going to be provided (i.e. install ERV system). They had not sized the system, because they wanted to do calculations first, but gave a bid dependent on size of the system. Signed a contract with them, and then they came back with a “we just noticed you wanted XYZ...that’ll be quite a bit more”. After the contract was signed and started, NOW they “just noticed” what I wanted?? When asked for details of what they’d be providing...their response was “we won’t be moving forward with this job”. Again...after contract signed.
So perhaps if you don’t want any input on the job they do, and if you don’t care what solution they come up with...go for it. But if you want to trust they read contracts, and want to trust they have your best interest in mind (and not nickles and dimes) it’s my opinion there are other options.

I've worked in construction for a long time. Hansen is the very best I've ever worked with. I even had them install my AC at my home. Highly recommend!!!

He said lets see if I can get it done during your evaluation time. He did it. Thank you Thank you Thank you for making the stress go away. Been a whole week and we still have cold air. YIppee!!!!

Had a great experience with these guys, Jared Rowe is the man, he has great customer service skills and knowledge about AC units, any question I had he not only had the answer but he showed it to me step by step. And the only time he wasn't 100 percent sure he called in to confirm with someone from the office which he ended up being right anyways, anytime that I have problems with AC or plumbing I will definitely be calling these guys Thank you again Jared Rowe
