Stellar Air Systems was recommended to us by our neighbors. I was so impressed with Mark. Super professional and helpful. Our AC went out last night. I work from home and my office was 89 degrees when I started my day today. We called Stellar Air Systems and they were here within 30 mins. He found that a capacitor had gone out which was caused the compressor not to work. He got a new one, installed it and we have cool air again!

Mark is someone who really cares about his customers. He was prompt, friendly, and fair with his price. He took the time to explain everything to me, a single mom with no clue about how my AC system works. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

AMAZING SERVICE! called just before closing time and Mark still came over to look at our furnace. He didn't live far from us, went to his house got a part and came back till the part could be ordered. When the final bill came we felt it was a great price and was beyond impressed with his service. We are keeping his name and number handy and recommend him to everyone.

Mark is absolutely amazing! We woke up to 81 degrees in our home with a small infant and he was here in less than 15 minutes and was in and out and had us back up and running. Mark was amazing! It's so refreshing to meet an honest repairman! He was able to fit me in the same day for a free second opinion after a previous company told me I needed to completely replace my furnace and AC unit. He spent nearly an hour replacing fuses, checking connections, etc. He explained what he was looking for and why throughout the process and I learned more than I ever thought I needed to know about heating and cooling. In the end, he explained that the first company was correct about the compressor in my AC unit and that it would cost as much to fix the old unit as to replace it with a new AC unit. Mark explained that the rust in my furnace indicated that there had been a leak at some point. When I showed him the quote from the first company, he explained that it was actually very reasonable. He explained that the furnace would have to be removed in order to replace the AC unit. By the time we would have moved the old furnace out and back in and troubleshoot/fix the furnace leak, it would make more sense to just replace both the AC and furnace. Since I was in a time crunch, Mark advised that if it were him he would go with the other company since they had an opening to get it fixed a little sooner. After working with Mark, I felt confident in my decision to replace both units. When I tried to pay him for his time, he declined, stating that he offers free second opinions.

Mark has always been amazing! He is always extremely nice and explains everything to us and why our system isn't working. We have used him for over a year now and will continue to do so. We are customers for life! We never have felt over charged once and Mark is super honest.

Mark was on time. Super courteous and informative. Gave us a very fair price. Didn’t even charge any overtime rates for it being a weekend. This company was really fantastic to work with. Our AC went out and we were concerned about the cost and time of having it replaced or repaired but Mark was able to fit us in same day and for a very reasonable fee. Our AC works better now than it has in a long time. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through what he was doing and why. Mark has helped me many times before and after moving, and with my mom’s heating and air. Most recently I had another company come to my home on a home warranty and they could not diagnose my problem. I called Mark and in less than an hour he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I have called on Mark for years to help me with my Furnace and AC issues. On each occasion Mark has gone out of his way to make sure I was up and running quickly and at a reasonable rate.

Mark recently did duct work for us in our basement. As in the past when we have contracted his services, he was punctual and professional in all the work that he did. His knowledge and quality of work are impressive. He used quality materials and thoroughly explained everything to us. Mark is awesome! He went above and beyond to find solutions to our thermostat going out. He came about 30 minutes after I called him and was very reasonably priced. Called a competitor first and was told we needed either a $5300 repair or replace the whole 11-yr old condenser unit for $6000. Stellar Air was recommended to me and he came out the next day and fixed our issue for $350. Stellar Air is trustworthy and has won my loyalty going forward. Great job!
