Our heat pump installation & replacement went smoothly and the system works great. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time in the Granger area.

I had some furnace issues a few weeks back and had Devan come over and do a cleaning. I don’t know what all he cleaned, but things are working great. I highly recommend him. Very honest, hard worker.

I called for an A/C tune-up and they were professional, explained everything clearly, and provided photos of what they found. They showed me the inside of our system and recommended getting it cleaned. After cleaning the system, they showed before and after photos of the results. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Don't trust these guys. I called them to do a sewer camera inspection. They came back after the inspection and told me my sewer pipes were severely degraded and I need $27,000 of work. I got a second opinion and the 2nd guy told me I had 50+ years of crub built up on the inside of my pipe and it is impossible to see the pipe itself to determine pipe condition. I confronted Whipple with this info and the tech told me that he made the $27k recommendation based on the age of my pipes, not based on the camera video. Why even pretend to do the camera inspection then? I guess by that standard, I should just give my 80 year old dad a new hip and knee just because he is 80, regardless of if he needs it? they were also inaccurate on other aspects such as the type of pipe I have and whether other lines tie into my sewer line and where. also extremely expensive compared to the second bid.

Brandon and Jordan came to my home yesterday to inspect and to do maintenance on my furness and my water heater to get ready for the winter. I can tell you these two guys are expert in what they do. Very knowledge, professional, and friendly. They were very thoroughly going through the systems and do testing to make sure everythings runs good. I'm very happy with the services that they did. Arty did an amazing job with the furnace inspection. He was very detailed & explained what he had checked & condition of my furnace. Also gave me tips on what to watch for as well. Very courteous & answered all questions. A++

I had the pleasure of working with Stewart Davenport today and he is a joy. He taught me so much about my system and gave me insight of what to watch for in the future. Along with that he does expert quality work he was super clean in he process and installed our 240 v and Surge protector for our electric vehicle right where we needed. Michael was a lifesaver! Our HVAC had a constant high-pitched whistling that just wouldn’t stop. He was thorough, checked everything, and even followed up on a few ideas I had about what might be causing it. He even went out of his way to message me later with extra details he found and to answer a few questions that popped into my head afterward. He found the problem and fixed it. He was friendly and very knowledgeable!

Customer service was also great. They were friendly, helpful, and kept me updated on when Michael would arrive. The service fee was cheaper than anywhere else, too. There’s a reason this company has so many good reviews!

We recently experienced problems with our sewer system and Cristian came over after a very long day for him and cleared the initial problem very proficiently. This was followed up by Tyson who scoped the length of the system and provided options and a reasonable estimate for repairs. The George brothers, Jason & Jeremy, followed soon after and managed the complete repair of our aging home sewer. They were efficient in preparing the site and the initial setup for repair. The following day they completed the repair and smoothed the dig site to minimize the damage. They made the whole process as convenient for us as possible and assured all was in proper working order before leaving. We greatly appreciated the services of all involved

Our furnace tune-up was done professionally and well inside the timeframe provided. Josh was friendly and thoroughly explained everything he did to check our system. Explained other services that would be beneficial, why they are important, and when the best times are to get them done. Definitely please with his service!

Plumber Derek Derbidge did a great job for me. It took him 7.5 hrs to complete a complicated plumbing problem and never took a break. Derek is definitely an asset to Whipple Plumbing and deserves a raise!

We woke up today- Monday morning 10 days before Christmas- to a water heater that was not working. Not fun when the temperature outside is 30°. Whipple sent out Amir- actually Amazing Amir. Not only did he put in our water heater, but made sure that some improvements were made so that we were up to code. He was friendly, kept us up-to-date on what he needed to do, worked diligently and made sure that we were clear about what it was that was done. Not a great way to start the week, but Amir was just fantastic and put us right back on track and for that we are so appreciative

Outstanding!. Brett and Mike did excellent work installing my outside security lights. They were both very professional. I am exceedingly happy with the service and the results. I highly recommend this company.

Whipple is great if you want to replace your plumbing or heating systems. If your goal is maintenance and repair though, I would look elsewhere. Maintenance and repair don't seem to be competencies that they offer, maybe it's just there is isn't as much commission... I loved Whipple at first, but they lost my trust completely with their subscription plan (it's a scam). It was supposed to be services in exchange for a monthly fee, literally nothing was included in that plan. Every visit was another $200 or more so I stopped having them come. They were supposed to bring air filters for the new furnace I had them install. They wanted $250 for 4 air filters (crazy). Overall, I will never hire them again and I wouldn't recommend that you hire them either. They also did a weird confrontation with one of their employees AT MY HOUSE. Get an office to handle your business. My home isn't HR.

Brent Simmons, HVAC manager at Whipple, coordinated a warranty repair job for me. He was at our home to coordinate, answer questions, set up a follow-up appointment for today, and even set up an HVAC replacement for a next door neighbor. He was very pleasant, thoughtful, experienced, and did a wonderful all-around job for us.

Called and got an appointment to have them come out and price out adding some new gas lines to my basement for a kitchen. They told me that they would be out between 1pm and 8pm. Had plans to go and get things at Home Depot but needed to stay at home for their arrival. I understand that things come up but when they text you after 8 and say sorry we aren’t coming and you’ll need to reschedule. Very sad that I wasn’t worth a phone call saying that something came up and apologize for blowing me off.

This is our first time using Whipple, but will not be our last period Derek came early to his assignment which we appreciated because our time was very short today. Ran a thorough diagnostic of our furnace situation and was able to find the defective part and replace it. The price I felt was very reasonable. He was also careful with our home wearing shoe covers throughout the house. He explained the option of a club membership at Whipple, which I readily accepted, certainly recognizing the value that it provided. Highly recommend.

Beyond the shadow of any doubt. The best decision we made was going with Whipple. Aaron is phenomenal. Tenacious,processional, kind just an excellent ambassador for the company. We are so grateful for Whipple and for Aaron.

We also had the pleasure of working with Brett. Wow. Both are exceptional!
