I'm a member of Whipple's Club which has been very beneficial for me. Irving, the Electritian assigned to my once-yearly inspection, arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of all my outlets to make sure they were functioning properly. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

I spoke to Kandi on the phone and she was very polite and professional while scheduling my appointment to have my drain cleaned. She was very attentive to my needs, I would recommend anyone calling Whipple to speak to her!

I've been considering installing a tankless hot water system in our home. From all that I've seen, it seems like an efficient way to save gas and electricity as well as maintenance costs over time. Caleb came out and did a great job explaining everything. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. The only downside was the price. Considering the cost of the unit, I'm surprised I haven't been able to find a company that will install it for a reasonable amount. I have to assume that plumbing companies are taking advantage of consumer's increased desire to save money with these systems.

Best plumbing experience I ever had! First of all? He came on a Sunday morning in my time of need.

Christian was happy, polite, clearly, explained options, cleaned up, took his time to do a thorough job, took an extra look at my dishwasher and corrected an unexpected crack in a pipe under the sink. I ended up paying for the most complete, most expensive option but I trusted him and saw what a good worker he was and felt good about it.
Excellent employee. Wouldn’t want to lose him. He deserves a raise!

Stewart and Tyson came to our home in the mountains outside of Heber City Utah. Living in mountains, you might expect that we have very high ceilings, up to 28 feet high. Three of our frog eye lamps had burned out high on the ceiling. They arrived with a huge ladder which they somehow maneuvered very carefully into our home without bumping into anything. They were both very personable and friendly, but also very knowledgeable and new exactly what we needed, having first made an initial visit to see what type of lightbulbs we needed, and how high the ceiling actually is. We are so happy with the installation of new lighting and the brightness that it now allows us to have for the winter ahead. We were very impressed with the service they delivered and the frequent contact they made by text to let us know of their arrival times. They even sent a picture of Stewart, So that we knew who he was before he even arrived. I thought that this was a very safe feature that Whipple employs for its Customers. We highly recommend this company and these two employees who gave us such good service. We will not hesitate to contact them in the future for any services we might require.

My electrian Samuel was awesome. He took all of the necessary time needed to figure out precisely what was going wrong, and he took his time in explaining to me about how all of the electrical components work in my house. It's a big house and I just bought it about three and a half months ago. Samuel
Was more than pleasant. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I couldn't have had a better experience. Everything was working properly when he left. He went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be returning to whipple and asking for Samuel should any problems arise in the future.

Ken did a great job explaining options/prices up front. Ken's same day installation of the new water heater, sediment traps as well as replacing some old funky routed water pipes looks great. The price was a bit steeper than expected however it seems everything post covid has been more expensive.

Tyler C. helped me today for the second time in about a month. No one wants to need a tech twice in a month but if you ever do I’d recommend asking for Tyler for sure. He was kind and considerate of my dog and my lack of understanding of what was truly going on with my system but he throughly explained everything and even walked me through what he was doing. I never got that vibe he was “dummying” it down for me but he did make me more comfortable with something I had zero knowledge of before hand. Thank you for saving what could have been a much more miserable Saturday morning. 5 stars each time🙏

We had our electrical system upgraded and our panel replaced. Ben was our tech and was amazing. Super nice guy, knowledgeable and willing to look at any concerns we had above just the upgrade and replacement. He was on time, worked late and did a great job.

Brett did an absolute tremendous job, and inspection, on my outlet repair!

Wow! Todd is amazingly knowledgeable and so helpful! He informed us about so many things we had no idea about in our ‘new to us’ house. He should have his own YouTube channel! We had an electrical outlet that had actually caught fire and he was able to replace it and get our microwave working again. Todd is awesome and we are so glad to know about Whipple and their monthly service club- so brilliant!

Benjamin Hulleburg came to replace a kitchen light fixture. He arrived on time and was professional, respectful, and kind. He explained everything well and worked fast. He didn't mind our young pup being nosey or our 4 year old asking all the questions about what he was doing and even told her she could help him- made her entire day.
Wouldn't call any other company. Thanks Whipple!

From the greeting at the door, Derek was exceptional! His care and concern for our issue was like a HVAC "bed side manner".He assured us that he would exhaust all resources to solve our issue. It ended up being something that was technical and was manageable. His patience and attention to detail was very thorough and professional.His polite and pleasant personality lowered our stress level and made us comfortable moving forward! The HVAC system in our home was about 15 years old and stopped working. Whipple was easy to reach and schedule with to have someone come look at it. We met Eric, Chase, Tony, and Gentry and all were extremely professional, informative, and overall very pleasant to interact with. They quickly identified our issue and provided us with a solution. Financing through them was easy and seemed very fair compared with other companies we got bids from. They installed the new HVAC system that day! The 10 year warranty on the whole system is nice to have as well and they were very clear that they would be quick to fix any issues we may have in the future. Glad we found this company! They seem genuine and honest! We will be using them moving forward and would recommend to anyone.

If you’re in need of a reliable electrician, Stewart is your guy. He did a fantastic job of replacing my panel and installing a Tesla charger. Tyson came to help tackle the 8 foot grounding rod in some pretty tough ground. I would highly recommend these guys!

Outstanding Service – Customers for Life

We had an urgent plumbing leak that needed attention today, and Tyler Carlisle from Whipple Service Champions was absolutely exceptional. He was extremely thoughtful and thorough in his assessment—pinpointing the exact issue quickly while also taking the time to explain everything clearly and give us real peace of mind.

What truly set Tyler apart was his willingness to go above and beyond. He stayed at our home well past reasonable work hours on a Saturday night to make sure the issue was fully addressed and that we felt confident everything was taken care of.

Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring—this is the kind of service that earns lifelong customers. We are customers for life. Highly recommend Tyler and Whipple Service Champions.

First of all, I was so pleased that Whipple was able to give me next-day service with Max, who looked over my list, made suggestions, gave me a quote, and started the job. He installed a ceiling fan and was fast and efficient. The next day, he brought Gibson with him to finish up my long list of electrical needs. They were very polite, did a great job, and cleaned up after they finished.
To sum it up, I happily signed up for a membership.

I deeply regret choosing Whipple to install our new AC. From the start, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

The system stopped working multiple times right after installation. When I called for help, I was asked, “Did you try turning it off and on again?”—not exactly what you expect after spending thousands of dollars.

During installation, they left loose screws and trash on our roof, which could have caused damage.

A worker entered our home on two separate occasions without ever introducing himself. On his second visit, he looked at the unit and said, “Well it looks like it is working,” with attitude—implying that we were lying or exaggerating the problem.

For repairs, they scheduled a day but never showed up or called. Only after I reached out did they reschedule—for the following week.

In the end, I had to hire a different company to figure out what was wrong with the AC because Whipple clearly did not know what they were doing.

The only positive experience we had was with Joshua Bivens, who was professional and knowledgeable. After another company identified the real problem, Joshua quickly fixed it. He was the shining star among the otherwise terrible service we received.

I gave Whipple multiple chances to show their expertise and professionalism, but they repeatedly failed. Between poor workmanship, lack of respect for our home, unreliable service, and the fact that another company had to identify the issue, I cannot recommend Whipple.

Just had some estimates done by Derek D and I’m very impressed with his professional mannerisms and care and skill he brings to the table. It is always refreshing to find a tradesmen who one knows his stuff and two is able to teach it to me like I’m five. He took time to sit with me and answer every single question I had and I feel like I am in good hands. Work will be completed tomorrow and next week on my 2 properties and I am looking forward to having his attentiveness and care on the work he is doing in my home. Thanks Derek!
