The AC at my home went out last night and I reached out to this HVAC Super hero. He once again lept tall buildings and was faster than a locomotive in response to a service request. He saved us hundreds of dollars. WE CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY ENOUGH!!!! If you value your money, home, business, or investment call Integrity One FIRST.

I called Integrity One for help with my AC. Even though they were booked out two weeks, they managed to squeeze me in between appointments.
Chandrick diagnosed and repaired my AC within 40 minutes. He also gave me tips on how to keep my AC running the best.

It was close to 100 degrees on a Saturday afternoon when my ac condenser capacitor went out and all the HVAC supply stores were already closed. I texted Integrity One and Greg responded in minutes and had the part at very fair price! Super easy to work with and highly recommended. THANK YOU GREG!

Chandrick came to our house on a holiday weekend. Our AC unit was not blowing as hard or cold as it should be. Turns out our coils were frozen solid and he couldn’t give a proper diagnosis until it was thawed. Technician advised us what to do to troubleshoot and to give it 24 hours, if problem not resolved then he will come back next day.

His advice worked and he didn’t charge us a dime! And, again, this was over a holiday weekend! Thank you so much.

Greg and Chandrick had a great attitude, were punctual, speedy, efficient and overall did a phenomenal job. They were my THIRD HVAC company out to my home. They went above and beyond to make sure my thermostat and furnace were working correctly. I have had issues with it for 5 months and the first two companies were too lazy to fix the issue. Greg and Chandrick had it fixed in 30min. I can't thank you guys enough!

Greg and his son quickly diagnosed and repaired both of my air conditioning units. The prices they charge are fair and they are very nice. Most importantly, I trust them to be honest in their assessments and recommendations.

Chandrick diagnosed a bad capacitor in our a/c. He had a spare in his truck. Over and done in less than an hour. Price was more than fair considering we were about to roast.

Update: Chandrick's dad replaced a faulty thermostat with a much better model. Fast and fair. Can't recommend enough.

I called Greg and team after being uncomfortable from a quote from one of the big HVAC companies. What a huge difference. He was honest and upfront about my issues, gave me a very reasonable set of options, and in the end did a great repair job. I could hardly keep my house below 80 degrees when it was hot outside and now the unit has no issue cooling the house. I found him from other reviews and glad I did. He has a customer for as long as I'm in the SLC area.

Greg was great, had issues with our furnace not staying on. Called and they came within 30 minutes and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. Very reasonable price to diagnose & repair. I would definitely recommend!

Recently had an issue with our furnace and Greg was the first person I contacted since he did such a great job on our AC replacement earlier in the year. His knowledge and service is second to none. It's reassuring to know there are honest experts out there still providing great service, products, and pricing.

After weeks without air conditioning and some insanely high quotes from many of the other air conditioning companies in salt lake, Greg at Integrity One gave us a realistic quote that was affordable. They squeezed us in quickly and replaced my entire AC system. They moved the ac system to the back of the house instead of the front. My front yard should have had all kinds of pipes, wires and waste from the old system. They went the extra mile and cleaned up and took care of everything.

I’m very happy we found Integrity One. I almost spent 2k on a repair that wouldn’t have fixed the problem. Luckily I waited until Greg could come out to look. The 4 other companies we had come gave us quotes for repairs that wouldn’t have ended up fixing our problem. These guys should be your first call every time!

We are cautiously skeptical about any technician or service company. Working with Greg was a breath of fresh air. He really knew his stuff (and showed us the problems he was talking about instead of just throwing out lingo) and gave us a very fair quote. Then he stuck with the price he quoted us once the time came to install. I'm thrilled with the quality of the work he did, and our house cools down much more quickly now with the less expensive system he recommended. The total cost was about 1/3 what a few other companies had quoted us.

On top of all this, he first told us he couldn't get to us for at least a month or two since he was so busy, but when I let him know our old AC unit was no longer working he moved things around and got us on his schedule within a few days. Not something I'd expect any company to do, but it was great.

Going with Greg at Integrity One was absolutely the best decision we could have made. The hype is real.

He arrived on time and gave me a quote. He and his crew did such an amazing job on my new AC/Furnace. The name of his company is not a lie. The customer service, great pricing, and work they do is a rarity from what I have seen.
