I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Greg and his son were awesome! They were able to help us with a duct/vent /fireplace issue with our remodel. A job I was struggling to get anyone else to touch. They were helpful, on time, clean, and HONEST! Greg even helped with an unexpected heater issue that cropped up during the time he was helping us. Definitely using these guys for all my future heating and air needs and have already been referring them to friends and family!

Greg and Chunk, These guys are the best. My A/C Went out when I was out of town, came home and it was over 89 degrees. Contacted them, they came out the same day got my a/c working and gave me a quote for a new HVAC system. It was well over due my system was over 24yrs old. Very professional explained everything to me. Greg even called me a few days after getting my old system to work to make sure it was still cooling my house until they could come back a week later to Install new HVAC system. The quote they gave me came in thousands less than another quote I got. These guys are very professional and prompt. They will be my #1 and I will be referring them to family and friends. They are honest, friendly, very knowledgeable. I can't say enough, have never had a great experience when it comes to customer service. I worked with Greg and his son recently for a replacement and it was a great experience. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and responded quickly. With so many dishonest HVAC companies out there, it's refreshing to find people you can trust, and I highly recommend Greg and his son for any HVAC work.

I highly recommend you call Greg if you've any HVAC issue. His is knowledgeable, honest, and will not take an advantage of you for emergency service. With the extreme weather swing in Utah, problem arrives at the most inopportune time (which happen to us last winter and few weeks ago), these situations are prime opportunities for companies to take advantage of their customers. What a wonderfully positive and satisfying experience! Came back from a trip to find my house temperature a sweltering 87 degrees in the middle of a heat wave and no A/C! Earlier in the year I had been told by another company that my furnace was shot and needed to be replaced for $6K. A friend suggested I get a 2nd opinion and gave me Greg’s and Integrity One’s contact info. She said she had found him honest and professional. I just let it slide until the A/C was gone. ANYWAY, Greg came out and looked at both the A/C and the furnace. No replacements necessary. Repaired both for less than $200!! What?! Honest and professional in every way. I highly recommend. Integrity One is truly a deserved name.

Greg came out in between jobs to take a look at a short cycling furnace. Not only did he quote less than half of the other guys. He took thebtime to educate me on my furnace and A/C. He also fixed the unit and hooked up a disconnected humidifier. I insisted I pay him for his time but he wouldn't accept payment for a "easy fix and a $17 part". So he gets a 5 star review instead! 😁 I am always calling him in the future of any hvac needs!!! Amazing service and a friendly owner!

Greg came to our house today for a second opinion on a bid we had from another service. He is such an honest person and told us that we should still have another year or so with the condition our furnace is in. We discussed pricing and options an his pricing was half of the bid we were given previously. He wouldn't let me pay him for the service call. What a great person!

This is the only HVAC company I trust. When our AC went out during a brutal 103-degree day—indoors and out—they responded the same day without charging extra for the emergency. Later, when we had another issue, I called again and was given clear advice over the phone: frozen pipes. Problem solved, no charge. Their name says it all—“INTEGRITY” is spot on.

Greg is amazing and so kind. He fixed our AC after another technician from another company dissconnected a line during a AC tune up. I fully recommend using his company for furnace and AC repairs.

Greg is amazing. He helped my mother fix her HVAC system for under $200. My mother was about to agree to a $14,000 (you read that right) replacement that another company had insisted she needed. None of that was needed. It was a total scam.

After being told by multiple companies that we couldn't add a unit for the upstairs and would have to go with mini-splits, Greg was able to put together a ducted system quote as well as a mini-split. He educated us on the pros and cons of both. He was attentive to details and worked around our crazy work at home schedule. Communication was great and when there was a slight mishap (as happens when making improvements) he was on top of arranging the repairs as well. For the first time in 20 years, our upstairs is comfortable in the summer! 100% recommend him: honest, attentive, communicative, and on budget.

Got a really good deal on a cooling unit and a vent install. Honest, clean and professional. Didn't push anything I didn't need and was very patient with any questions that I had. This is a great company to work with.

Greg was awesome- He was quick and responsive especially with it being an emergency. We have a newborn and on the first day of the coldest day of winter my furnace decides to give up on us. Greg quickly found the issue and got the repair done in under an hour. Highly recommend Integrity One Heating and Air!

My 90-year-old father has lived in the same 2,400 square foot home for 60 years. His 41-year old furnace recently stopped working and of course it’s winter in Utah. Brrrr…! Being the independent fellow he is, dad went about calling the first name that popped up on Google and asked for a service call from a company who shall remain nameless. $75 dollars later, he had a bid for a new furnace and install of $7,100.

Later in the day I called Greg Heyborne of Integrity One HVAC. My partner highly recommended Greg stating that he had referred him to no less than 5 of his friends & family members and all of them were extremely pleased with their experience. I reached Greg’s voicemail after 6:00 pm that evening and explained the situation asking for an appointment the next day. He called me back within 10 minutes and said he’d meet me there in a half-hour. He said he didn’t want my elderly father to be cold.

His bid was $2,300 LESS than the first company.

Once Greg got in to the whole system, he saw the shoddy job someone else had done on the A/C replacement from 2 years ago. Greg fixed his errors and DIDN’T charge me anything additional to do so, even when I offered to do so.

I will always recommend him to everyone. Call him!

Very professional, highly knowledgeable, and Greg was generally just a pleasure to be around while he serviced our AC unit that someone else had installed improperly. Quick, honest work, and very reasonable pricing. We’re definitely calling Integrity One first when we need HVAC help again.

These guys are beyond honest and the utmost professionals. Greg from Integrity and his son diagnosed and fixed my AC unit that was blowing warm air in about 10 minutes without even having to come inside the house! Greg is amazing!!! Our AC unit is 20 years old and when we had someone else prior to Greg they quoted us something way out of our budget. Called Greg because our family friend referred him to us and I’m so glad we went through him. He knew exactly what was wrong when I explained to his our issue and when he came over to look at our furnace and motor, he fixed it immediately!!! He saved us from melting throughout the summer. Greg is the best! We were given a very steep quote by another company and wanted a second opinion. Integrity One kept showing up on a local Reddit thread…and I’m so glad I called! Greg was super helpful from the get go (and saved us lots of money). He correctly diagnosed and provided the most cost efficient solution for our AC problems. Greg is so amazing! I won’t go to anyone else. We recently had our roof redone and the roofers compressed the pipe that was coming from our water heater. It caused the pipe on the inside of the house to come off the water heater and carbon dioxide was leaking into our house for months before we realized it. Our roofers were “too busy” to fix their mistake and within 24 hours of reaching out to Greg he was able to come fix their mistake to prevent a carbon monoxide death in our house. He is so knowledgeable and is always sure to fix the issue correctly. 10/10 highly recommended!!!
